I love this CC’s! I’ve been going there on my way to work for a long time. However, there is a noticeable difference in the quality of their medium roast drip coffee. For the past several weeks, I have noticed the coffee itself tastes burnt (I take mine black so it is jarring when you taste ash). Not sure if it is the quality of the beans or their machines being old. I find that the customer service at this location is great and the employees seem happy. I may have to start adding sugar to battle the burnt taste.

Really good espresso drinks and not super sugary. Non dairy options, which is nice. Inside steering isn’t anything to note, but outside seating was really nice with the weather today! Oh and there is a drive thru.

This used to be my go to place. I recently visited this café and, unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience from start to finish. I ordered a coffee, which arrived lukewarm and unappetizing — not the comforting pick-me-up I had hoped for. But the lack of warmth didn’t stop there; the customer service mirrored the temperature of my drink. Although it was a Saturday, there were no smiles or pleasantries, just a sense of indifference from the staff. As I waited to order, I couldn’t help but notice two employees staring blankly at me, wearing expressions of clear discontent. When my order was finally taken, the same lackluster attitude was evident. I observed the staff interacting with other customers, and unfortunately, the vibe remained the same — cold and unwelcoming. It’s a shame, because a little friendliness can make all the difference, but here, both the coffee and the service left much to be desired.

Okay, so I live all the way on the other side of the bridge. We wanted a coffee for the drive home, so we stopped at this location today. Louisiana heat clearly melted the drink, but inside I was caught off guard by the coffee grinds I but thinking they were chocolate chips in my mochasippi. Obviously I didn’t see them in the drink before I left because it was blended and not melted yet. I have called a few times since I discovered it in my drink but no one is answering. So now I have to buy a whole new drink if I want one on this side because I’ve already crossed over the bridge. The color of the chocolate is definitely lighter than the coffee grinds.

My highlight basically every morning is a trip to Cc’s on Bluebonnet and Perkins. There is an employee that has touched my heart, Joseph Parker! With his his deep voice, huge smile he will immediately warm your heart! He will brighten your mood quicky and with ease. He treats the customers like family! Joseph has compassion, potential, and a drive that will make his future bright! I consider Joseph an asset to the CC family, definitely manager material or possible franchise owner! Please give Joseph the recognition he so deserves!
