It’s 10:13pm on November 22,2025 we came here becus it says they close at 11pm the lady behind the counter looked so bothered that we came in. We asked if they made hot chocolate and no words come out of her mouth just a smug look on her face and she shakes her head no. Like she’s so bothered we were coming to give business. She looked like she was cleaning up with like pots and utensils infront of her. There was only one screen on so we couldn’t even see what they offered. So I told my husband let’s just go I don’t wanna give business where the employee doesn’t want to serve me cus I’m gunna end up unhappy. Hopefully the owner sees this and talks to the employee cus that’s not right, I’m sorry we came in during business hours sheesh

Rich, creamy, ice cream that is bursting with flavor. A bit too rich for my personal tastes, but still high quality dessert for sure. I usually come here for the guanábana flavor
Environment super clean and well kept. All the workers were professional and friendly. The lighting can be pretty bright at night because they use a lot of flourescent bulbs. Makes it hard to miss this place when driving by I guess.

I went in for a Dubai Chocolate today. It was mostly strawberries with some minor squirts of the pistachio and chocolate. I watched her make the item and saw that she would shake off most of the dried bits before spreading it on the fruit. I did not see the chocolate add-on in the middle. When I asked her about it during the time for pay, she stated that she did do it. The older woman with the braids later offered to add a little more chocolate on top with no extra charge. When I got home and ate my food, I clearly saw what I had questioned earlier. I was lied to. There was no chocolate in the middle of the cup and barely any on the sides. My family and I have been a customer for years. This experience was such a disappointment.

Love This Spot Been going a lot recently , unfortunately just went earlier today after going last night , got the mango with chamoy and coconut paletta , small cup for my lil one everything was delicious ordered a gauva one and it was full of seeds , I asked the girl who took my order if I could trade it out for another , I wasn’t happy with it, I even showed her the seeds , I only took 2 bites of it but she said she couldn’t switch it out , I asked to speak to a manager , I waited patiently but walked out already when. I had already decided I waited long enough – it’s only 5$ but I spent like 60 something dollars in 2 days and you really couldn’t trade me out 1 I was un happy with because of seeds being in every bite ???

Staff is always helpful and friendly when coming here. There’s a lot of stuff which takes time, so if you have big orders like party plate fruit, you should order ahead. Snacks are very delicious and they have MULTIPLE yummy popsicles. They have a duvalindo one that is just amazing. It’s a premium so they have more items than other ones like tortas, mangoleadas, pancakes, crepes….etc only. if you don’t speak Spanish they have their menu available online.
