This was my first time visiting Jersey Mike’s, and it was a great experience. I ordered the Original Italian, and Sam was absolutely awesome. He was super bubbly, welcoming, and really made the experience better. The establishment itself was very clean and well organized, with plenty of parking available. Our order was taken right away, and the sandwich was made quickly without feeling rushed. We got it done Mike’s Way and went with Sam’s recommendation of banana peppers, pickles, mayo and it was perfect. Everything tasted fresh and delicious. Thanks to Sam’s great service and the overall experience, we will definitely be coming back!

I recently had an exceptional experience at Jersey Mike’s. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming and friendly, eager to take my order and ensure I had a great visit. The service was prompt and efficient, and the staff’s attention to detail was evident in every aspect of the visit.

While the food itself was good unfortunately I cannot say the same for the service. The girl behind the counter when I ordered my Philly cheese steak apparently it doesn’t come with a sauce or mayonnaise. When I asked for mayonnaise on my sandwich the girl behind the counter became quickly agitated and said “you need to let us know this before we start your sandwich.” Then she directed the guy who was making my sandwich to unwrap it so that mayonnaise could be applied to my bun. The atmosphere in that store was cold as far as the employees are concerned they didn’t speak they didn’t smile they acted like they didn’t even want to be there. I would find an alternate sub shop to go to in the future, I won’t be returning to this location again.

We used to go here all of the time but today will be our last visit. The girl making our sandwiches was rude and didn’t listen to us. She assumed that just because we were together, we wanted both sandwiches the same. This is the second time we have been to this location where the staff (mostly college age) were inattentive.

Take-out from here is a 30+ minute roundtrip. Making that drive only to find you were given a wrong sub is bad enough – this was supposed to be a #26 – but then to be told (on the phone) they won’t give a refund because I used some of Shore points was a bad response.
You might want to check you orders before you leave the store.

It was ok but it wasn’t all that. A lot of miscommunications going on. The food was alright but could have been better, maybe I ordered the wrong thing. Was my first time going here. Cashier acted like he didn’t know what he was doing and just left the register and sent someone else to check me out who was trying to charge me again for my order. It was an ok experience. I might go back another day for a second opinion and a different item on the menu just to make sure If I was right or not about my first experience. I’ll be commenting again soon.

The worst sub I ever gotten from Jerseyt yp Mikes. I said no onions with mayo. Got onions without mayo …drenched in vinegar sauce..couldnt even pick up.
