$13.95 per person for the lunch buffet. We felt this fell flat as the soda in the Ale 8 machine.
The salad bar was a solid 5! The ice is that awesome ice. The bathroom smelled clean and looked clean.
The spaghetti sauce wasn’t to our liking. The pasta soup was sweet and more like a sweet pizza sauce with small lasagne noodles, not a soup.
The biggest disappointment is they had no cheese pizza during our visit. I’m talking no sauce and cheese pizza. Cheese on pizza crust without sauce is cheesy bread. Honestly, for the cost of 2 buffets we would have done better with just a large cheese pizza.
The baked spaghetti was meh. The butter bread abysmal. The garlic toast was good. What they did well, they did well- what they didn’t do well was a fail.
I’m not sure what the tips please was for as we literally served ourselves, bussed our table and then had to swipe to pay. This seemed like greed. If Simeon was to even give me a refill I could see asking for a tip- but nah cant see tipping for someone doing nothing.

Very nice!! Buffet was plentiful and hot several selections. The place smelled amazing like a pizza shop ….another Giovannis location I visited smelled like scrubbing bubbles and Scentsy wax warmers (not plesant at all). Winchester Gios you guys are amazing and the decor is beautiful

Ate here for the first time today. We got the buffet and it was delicious! The bar was kept stocked with many different topped pizzas. The place was clean. I ate to much but that’s because the pizzas were so good. They even have dessert pizza and more. This will be my new place to eat when I am in Winchester.

I understand that stuff happens. But, their phone, website and app wasn’t taking orders so I drove to the restraunt to order. Inconvenient but no biggie. Ordered different toppings on each half. Got my pizza, and it was all mixed. We picked off what we didn’t like and ate it. Good pizza.

Very disappointed, I used to love Giovanni’s. My family went in of 7pm on a Friday and first thing, everyone in the store was on the phone, the guy that takes orders, the guy that cleans, the lady in the back making the food and from what I could tell they were not taking orders. Went with the buffet, all the pizza was old and almost every pan was a consolidated mix of multiple different pizzas, the noodles were falling apart in the water and only one of the 2 soda machines worked. Also the ice cream machine was not working, there was a strong sour laundry smell coming off a cleaning cart, and trash just sprinkled over the floor. I don’t leave a lot of reviews but for a $50 meal that had no redeeming qualities it seemed appropriate

The food was absolutely deliciousfresh, flavorful, and served hot. The service was friendly and attentive, and the staff made us feel welcome right away. The atmosphere was cozy and comfortable, perfect for enjoying a meal with friends or family. Definitely a spot I’d recommend and will be coming back to!

There are many locations for this pizza place. I’ve been to 3 others. This one was not busy at all, I was the only customer. They offer a buffet, I thought for lunch only, but it’s an all day event. I love their French dressing so I got a healthy salad. I chose a couple different types of pizza from the buffet and had some fettuccine Alfredo and tiny garlic bread . I just love those little garlic breads! The pizza was old and had sat in the buffet awhile. There was an ice cream machine which kept making noise that could’ve been drowned out with some music. I was not a fan of this location.

Been to other Giovanni’s and the Winchester location was by far the worst. Went on a Saturday for lunch and the place was not busy. Pizza was cold and old, had been out for awhile. Lettuce was old on salad bar. No service at all, just a note to seat yourself. Ordered a steak sandwich and sent it back. Did not get anything else. It was hot but the meat was NOTsteak, some kind of pressed meat shape. Terrible!!! My wife and mother ate the buffet but it was not good. Paid $27 for cold pizza. Bathrooms were dirty with no paper towels and hand dryer did not work. When voiced issues with guy at register he did not care. Not even an apology. Will never return. Do not go to Winchester location.

This was our second time eating at this location, and we won’t be returning. We spent a total of $29.98 for two people to eat the dinner buffet. The pizza on the buffet obviously had been sitting for a while and was warm, not hot. The pasta and sauces were dried out and crusted over, the garlic bread didn’t look right or taste right, and the salad needed to be refilled. This is very disappointing because we enjoy eating at Giovanni’s.
