The plate was a huge portion of rice and small amounts of the entree. They don’t tell you that an entree cost more then the listed price until you go to pay. The food was just average and very salty. I will try a different place the next time I come to the mall.

They were out of the SweetFire chicken, so settled for the Orange Chicken. The flavour is very odd, and definitely does not taste like orange chicken. Also, the breading reminded me of funnel cake, was soggy on the outside, overly thick, and rather chewy. The little bit of chicken within the actual morsels was dried out and a bit tough. There was a strong vinegar-esque after taste. Could not eat more than a single piece, and it was tough to do that. Will not return.

Returned food because it has a short curly hair in it. Upon retrieveing the replacement, another hair was found similar to the original one. After complaining again, I was told “sometimes it’s your hair”. My hair is long and black. Cooks are supposed to cover their facial hair if it can’t be kept out of the food they prepare. Utterly disgusting. We will not be back.

Our food was hot, fresh, and good. The mall was a little loud, so the server couldn’t hear us when I asked for sweet and sour sauce, and they forgot to put the dessert in the bag. But overall, it was a great experience, and we helped visitors from Knoxville choose the walnut shrimp as part of their meal. They said it was wonderful. Thank You.

The service here was really friendly and all their selections were continuously stocked in the middle of lunch time.
The only downer is that the portions seemed to be lacking from what I am used to seeing at Panda Express. #shrinkflation.

After a great time at the zoo, my family and I came to the mall to look around I had never been so it was a treat. We stopped to eat and I will never go back to this establishment. The crew was very rude and played around way too much. The young Asian girl had the worst attitude.. when I sat down to eat there was hair all in my food. When I went up there to let them know she rolled her eyes and was very rude. The manager I believe, that who he was also rude to me.. we had to repeat ourselves at the check out counter because another employee was standing next to him talking about what he was doing later that night and that he should join them out. And he kept asking what did you say… Never will I ever go back to the worst experience and I do like panda express but not this one. The noodles were dry and the teriyaki chicken didn’t taste like teriyaki everything was just off. But the unprofessional rude employees leave a sour taste.
