I have been looking for vegetarian options (just meat-free, dairy and eggs is okay) at restaurants, fast food places, and even food trucks. This place has a delicious salad (Ensalada) that has rice and cheese and beans, and you could get it with or without meat. I got it without and it was very satiating! Another vegetarian option would be a quesadilla without meat.
I used to get the street tacos here when I used to eat meat, and I usually got the asada or the pollo. Both are absolutely delicious.
I would recommend this place for sure! Great food, even for vegetarians, and the people who owned it and run it are super friendly and chill.

I could go on and on about how much I love El Cenote. They have the best quesa birria tacos and empanadas around! I still need to try more from their menu, but everything I have eaten from there is amazing. The quality of the food is so good and the portions are very generous. And, the people are so kind and welcoming. I wish they could park their food trailer in front of my house! If you haven’t tried their food yet, you’re missing out!!

Incredible family owned business making the best street tacos! They value being a family business and treat their customers like family. Highly recommend!! I find them in The Smiths marketplace pharmacy here in Kaysville, Utah. Come check them out on the south east end of the parking lot. You will not regret it.

First visit for me. I had the Chicken Empanada, Asada Street Taco, and a Cheese Quesadilla.
The quality of each ingredient: the freshest, flavorful corn & flour tortillas, tender Asada, one-of-a-kind and unmatched red sauce were truly the best I’ve had in 57 years of eating Mexican cuisine all over North America. The Chicken Empanadas, though, stood out as the absolute best! I could eat those for a week straight!
I rarely leave reviews of anything unless service, cleanliness, and quality are head-and-shoulders above other establishments.

Drove 20 minutes to come try this place! At 12:30 no one was there, no tables were set up, the truck was closed with no employees anywhere very disappointing. I know it’s hard to find good tacos in this area, so I can’t say anything about the food since no one was there.
