It was fine. It’s just not five stars. Atmosphere is in a parking lot off a grocery store. Food was ok. Seemed to be very popular with the locals. Staff knew people and their orders. Very welcoming and kind to the patrons.

Really cute kosher cafe in central Teaneck. Convenient location, lots of parking, really good hours, and a large menu of drinks, food, pastries, and snacks.

On Sunday mornings, this place has lots of families + lots of little kids. Can be a bit noisy, but in a fun way IMO.

For my kosher homies, this place is a classic breakfast spot with an organic down-to-earth sort of classiness.

For those unfamiliar with kosher, expect prices to be about 25% greater than what you’re used to. This is the nature of kosher food costs (has to do with food preparation). But the food will be overwhelmingly fresh.

Overall vibe: revitalized industrial atmosphere with a bit of down-to-earth “homeliness” (heimeshe).

Food is really good. Pancakes are outstanding. Drinks are 4/5, but that’s my snobby coffee palette. Great place to get lost in a book!

I’ll definitely be coming back!

I absolutely love Lazy Bean Cafe! The food is always super fresh, and their coffee is my favorite, hands down. I can’t get enough of their smoothies and frozen coffees, they’re all amazing! Perfect spot for a great lunch on a sunny day. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

One of my clients wanted something from this kosher coffee spot. When I arrived I parked in a lot nearby. I walked into a cute cafe. I ordered for myself the caramel brownie and a caramel macchiato. The coffee was ok but the brownie was very good. It didn’t taste too much like caramel but it was soo tasty. I had a good experience.

Got avocado toast with egg. The toast was very hard and it was difficult to eat. The chocolate chip pancakes seemed made from a box and were okay. We got frozen lattes (mint & kahlua) and couldn’t really tell each one apart. It was $44 for everything which was a pricey for what it was.
