The Tonkotsu Premium was absolutely amazing, rich, flavorful, and so satisfying. I ordered spice level 5 out of 10 and it was the perfect heat without needing any extra chili oil, the balance was spot on. The lychee drink was sweet and refreshing and paired so well with the ramen. I loved that they offer garlic on the side and being able to mince and add fresh garlic to my bowl was such a fun and tasty touch. The portions are super generous and I was completely full by the end. The house salad was bigger than I expected, but it had a bit of a bitter taste, maybe from the dressing. The pork bun was super juicy and tender. It was great for appetizer. The staff were all so friendly and attentive, which made the whole experience even better. Overall an amazing and perfect ramen spot and I will definitely be back.

Tried the Impossible JINYA Bun and honestly I wouldn’t recommend it. I didn’t like it much, especially compared to similar buns at other places.
The Wonton Chicken Ramen, on the other hand, was really good and the portion size was perfect, filling but not too heavy.
We also tried the Matcha Lemonade and the J. Girl. Both drinks tasted good, but they were loaded with ice. It felt like I was paying more for ice than the actual drink.
Overall, good ramen, decent vibe, but I’d skip the Impossible bun and hope they go lighter on the ice in the drinks.

The food had soooo much potential. The chicken and broccolini seemed old and/or like it was fried two times or more. Completely inedible. I threw it away cuz my gentleman wouldn’t even eat it and he’s not picky at all. The mint in my drink was old and discolored to the point you couldn’t even taste it. The shrimp was the only thing semi edible. The location in Texas would never disappoint like this.

We enjoyed happy hour and an early dinner at the same time. I had hot sake and my husband had two Licheetini’s. They were both superb. Taylor and Anthony made us feel so welcome. The happy hour crispy chicken and house salad were delicious. We also loved the deep flavors of the Spicy Creamy vegan ramen! Wow! So good Highly recommend!

I had an amazing experience at JINYA Ramen Bar! The ramen was absolutely delicious — rich, flavorful, and perfectly balanced. You can tell the broth is made with care, and the noodles were cooked just right. I also tried the mochi ice cream, which was the perfect sweet finish to the meal — soft, creamy, and refreshing. The service was top tier from start to finish — friendly, attentive, and fast without ever feeling rushed. JINYA has definitely set the bar high for ramen spots, and I’ll definitely be coming back soon!

Went to lunch midday on a Sunday. Restaurant is modern with plenty of seating. The food was pleasant with the option of sauces on the table ranging from different spice levels. My favorite was the tempura Brussels Sprouts with the seasoning sauce! Aman D. took very good care of us and was very knowledgeable of the menu, which was super helpful since it was our first time eating there. Definitely would return again!

We came here for lunch and dinner. Very good food. In the afternoon, we had a very nice girl as our server and in the night we had Kumar and he was also great. Overall, very nice place and experience. The drink I had was also very good, the lychetini.
Amazing vegan options too.

We had a wonderful family dinner, and the service was impressively quick. We ordered ramen, tacos, two soups, and a chicken salad from the kids’ menu. The portions were generous—so much so that we had to take half back to our room! The sauce on the table was a pleasant surprise. I initially thought it was regular soy sauce, but it turned out to be something entirely different—spicy, sour, and absolutely delicious. It was a completely new flavor experience for me, and I loved it. The waiters were friendly and attentive throughout our meal. Highly recommend!

The first time I went here was great! People were terrific and the food was amazing. This past week, however, they were out of to-go containers and when they finally got some in, the food I ordered to-go was cold. It was $30 for a small portion and cold, which was so disappointing. Also, their phone number doesn’t work and they do not do online ordering. I will not be going back to this location. Their Fort Collins location is much better.
