I usually get great service at this Dairy Queen, but today was a total joke. I went through the drive-thru around 12:54 PM to order an Oreo Brownie and simply asked if the brownie could be in a separate container. The worker snapped at me that she couldn’t do it unless I paid extra, and when I told her I’ve had it done that way plenty of times before, she just stopped talking completely — super rude and unprofessional.
When I pulled up to the window, she hadn’t even rung up my order and stood there rolling her eyes like a child. Another employee had to step in just to take my payment. When the rude one finally handed me my ice cream, I still said “thank you,” and she rolled her eyes again. Unreal.
If she hates her job that much, maybe she shouldn’t be working with customers. Completely ruined my experience. DQ needs to get their staff in check — because this kind of attitude is not it.

About 3 weeks ago my order was incorrect due to a menu and a system error. The team lead displayed great customer service and professionalism, as well as the drive through cashier to handle the situation. I’m so appreciative of the service demonstrated. Everything was taken care of with respect, great communication, attentiveness, which is hard to come by these days. Shout out to those wonderful employees!

Went inside. 3 employees were talking at the counter ignoring us. Another employee finally came over to take our order. We ordered a hot fudge sundae and carmel sundae both with whip cream. Below are photos of what we got. Will not be back!

The food tastes fine but it’s not worth the terrible service. I have permanent blizzard in ever crack of my center console, because the guy whose fingernails tell me he hasn’t washed his hands this week (it’s Thursday), handed me two dripping blizzards that were overflowing the cup. The blizzards continued to melt all over my car while I waited ten more minutes for mediocre chicken fingers and plenty of sauce (none of which were the ones I ordered).

Just went through the drive thru the young girl on the speaker is rude she does not confirm she is ready to take your order nor acknowledge you or that she got your order she hands you the food without saying a word and I ordered a vanilla cone and the ice cream tasted spoiled we will not be back.

Came here after a movie on a Saturday when they are open tell 10pm. They had to have closed 30min early as the workers were chatting outside their cars. We were there at 9:40pm.

Seriously? I wouldn’t serve this to my dog. It felt hot so I figured it was fine and didn’t check it, but open the wrapper and find out it’s been sitting under a heat lamp for 3 hours. Good job DQ, serving legit garbage to people.
