Preorder pizza for 5pm. Got there at 5 and it was coming out of the oven. The gentleman that greeted us, did so immediately.
They have a screen there that shows you where your order is in process.
The pizza was made perfectly, just like we ordered and consistent with that Dominoes taste that I remember.
Hadn’t had dominoes for a while because it’s a bit of a drive for us but it’s still one of the best!

I placed an order at 11:50 pm on a Sunday night at the Wanamaker location (#6305 on the app) without thinking. I checked the hours and realized they closed at midnight. I couldn’t cancel my order online, so I called to apologize and cancel. Tim answered the phone and said they closed at 1 am, I was perfectly fine ordering, and it’ll be delivered shortly. I thanked him profusely, and then enjoyed a hot, delicious pizza made exactly as ordered. Thank you very much to Tim and my delivery guy, who also didn’t ring my doorbell as I requested. 10/10! I would’ve added photos but I started eating immediately.

You remember when domino’s use to suck and they redid everything, and it was good for awhile, yeah they suck again now. My pizza wasn’t right, they would make change and when I called to say they gave me the wrong pizza they hung up on me. And not the first time I’ve had problems, but im done going to this one

Received my pizza a simple cheese pizza, it was not cut there was a burnt spot on it and looks to be like either a bug leg or hair on it. This place needs to train their employees better. Why do you think it’s ok to send a pizza out like this??? Hopefully my remake is better than this. What a waste of money

NEVER order from this place people.We placed our order at 6:48 pm on 01-08-2022 never called or texted about the order in question now the time was 8:10pm tried to call WAS PUT ON HOLD so we went there to see about the order. Got so many excuses for our order,First one “Nothing on their screen of our order”,Second one ,”Oh your order was on the screen BUT we had problems with our oven”, Third one “Your pizza was delivered five minutes ago,”. Did you not think we wouldn’t leave someone at the residence just in case the pizza was delivered? While talking on the phone the delivery person pulled up to the residence (about three minutes later)..HINT TO THE OWNER AND DOMINOS management and crew needs to be RETRAINED on how to make PIZZA’S fit for human consumption..
NO EXCUSE ON THIS ORDER BEING SOOO LATE and BELOW PAR of other stores.. SPENT OVER $60.00 WHICH WAS A WASTE OF OUR HARD EARNED MONEY. Not all DOMINOS are like this one.. I can in all honesty say “People how do you order from this place #1 bad customer service,and below par food???
You guys could take some hints from the one in our town..

Jeff, the claimed regional manager, is an absolute nightmare and will be the downfall of this location. I put my order in and paid several days ago and received my confirmation email. Today I arrived around 2pm to pick it up to be told the system was down and they just started my order, it’d be done it 10 minutes. I said okay, I went to get a drink down the street and came back 15 minutes later. I come in and am told my order doesn’t exist. I pull up my app and show my order. Jeff then said he needed to see the confirmation email to know the order was good. I then provide him the confirmation email. He then tells me I must have canceled the order because it doesn’t exist. I ask how this can be, I showed the order, I showed my app, I showed my bank still saying I was charged. He called me a liar, said I had to have cancelled the order, and that I didn’t know what I was talking about. He refused to make anything for me today and when I asked for his managers email he hid in the back of the kitchen for 5 minutes before giving a generic email.
Update after reaching out to the email provided. Jeff canceled my order with no reason listed. He lied, gaslit, and tried to avoid giving me information to cover his tracks. You know you’re terrible at your job when you won’t even own up to making a mistake. Also looks like every time they get a bad review they make a new email to leave a 5 star review. Talk about terrible customer service and recovery skills.
Update #2 Andrew, Jeff’s boss, has stopped responding. Rather than returning my amount they chose to void it like it never happened. Still waiting to be credited like Andrew said I’d be.
Update #3 4/15, still no response from Andrew, no credit to my account, and Jeff is still messing up peoples orders.
Update 5/7 Andrew has now offered a free drink or dipping sauce to make up for his regional managers disgusting conduct
Update 6/2 Andrew is refusing to pass me on to his supervisor and if I want to redeem any of the things he claims are on my account, I have to go back to the location that started all this in the first place. At this rate I’m making a BBB report.

Service is terrible here. Waited an hour on one large pizza, on a Monday at 8pm. Not to mention they got the pizza wrong. Have had multiple issues with this store in the past, getting orders incorrect, not being ready on time, but it has never been this horrible. Will not be going back to this location. Offered to compensate something then said, they’re not able to do that since it was an online order.

I ordered a bread bowl with no chicken, and received one with chicken. When I called the manager said they could send someone out to me with the correct order, which I agreed too. I waited an hour before calling back only to be asked to ‘hold’ for a moment. They never came back, out of spite I waited on hold for 30 minutes. Don’t order from this store, the management and employees are all just there to get a paycheck and don’t care.
