My family ordered $48 worth of food tonight and this is what my bread sticks looked like…. There was no crumbly topping, they were like warm, and they tasted like unleavened bread. I’m very beyond disappointed because that was literally all I ordered for myself. The reason I’m coming here to complain is because in no way would I trust them to remake my food and my kids needed to eat so I didn’t have time or gas to waste for their careless service. They knew they served them to me like that. They didn’t even have butter on them.

If I knew my DoorDash order was coming from this Pizza Hut I would’ve never ordered. Pizza was made w bread stick dough dough is tough on pizza was dry and poorly made the other was watery. The staff and the store are great, but the website won’t let me order a pizza with 3 toppings and a side. Anytime I add a pan style or a side, it cancels the original items I had in the cart. Either call in the order or avoid. And when i do get both items in the cart. $13 item and an $8 item jump to $28 when in the cart? This store is great, but the website is trash and will screw up your order as your putting it in

ordered delivery, they cut up a boneless wings to equal four & forgot my drink. called them & spoke to a man who said they’d either TRY to send another doordasher or credit the whole order. i accepted the credit. today ( three days later ) i show up to have the order remade with the credit i was told i have. the blonde/blue haired lady said it’s only a $9 credit, i asked for a refund then & she refuses saying it’s not an option. i would’ve initially liked a refund but it wasn’t given as an option. absolutely rude service from what i presume is the manager. will not being going back here & have reached out to corporate over this.

This Pizza Hut is beyond incompetent. I’ve never had any issues from the Pizza Hut in Kanawha City. I ordered a large Super Supreme and when it was delivered it was raw in the middle. I called and told them about the pizza and I wanted it replaced. They assured me this one would be satisfactory. The 2nd pizza is delivered and when I opened the box I knew it was raw inside like the first one. Common sense when you cook pizza the crust is golden brown. Obviously they don’t teach this at Patrick St. This place is a joke. I called back and told the guy who answered the phone I wanted to talk to a supervisor for a refund. As you can see almost a half hr on hold. I know nobody will answer but just showing everyone who’s considering ordering a pizza from here what to expect

Just Sunday we placed an order kind of late and the manager on duty was the rudest person in the world! It was late and Uber cancelled our car, but quickly ordered another it was immediately and the rude mgr. treated us like complete nothings and just kept repeating “I cancelled the order” when we asked about just reprocessing our order. We still never got a reason as to why he cancelled it. I’m assuming it was cutting it close to closing time..

Convenient location mext to Thomas hospital, and the food has never been poorly made. The newer, large ovens really seem to keep the quality of the food consistent. I crave this PizzaHut more than anywhere else around SC or SA.

Ordered stuff crust, pizza melt and bread sticks with 2 extra marinara…I receive zero marinara. When I called I was told there should have been a bag of sauces, then told she knows she put the sauce in the breadsticks cause she did it herself…though she did credit me for the sauce, she was not happy about the situation and more less treated us as if we were lying about it…
