If I could 0 star I would, they dont listen in the window. Wanted vanilla in my matcha, gave FRENCH vanilla. Argue that this is 2 shots and ice only I dont want an Americano, I want 2 shots AND ice. Dont spend 20$ on 2 drinks here.

I am honestly really surprised by all the negative reviews this location has received! I order using the mobile app at least 5 times a week and have not had a single bad experience or mistake. The employees are always nice and the longest I’ve had to wait in line was about 5 minutes. I highly recommend using the mobile app to place your order, it is really easy to use and their point system is amazing!

We attempted to get coffee for our long day we’ve been having but when we tried to order coffee through the drive thru, we were told they were closed. It was around 7pm but they didn’t close for another hour, according to their website and to Google. We asked them about that but they just said they were closed and nothing more. It’d be great if they could update their hours if that was actually the case. A little misleading and with no explanation.

I ordered cake donuts and donut holes. The cake donuts were horrible! They were hard and very dry. The donut holes were not much better. We paid a little over 10.00 for 4 cake donuts and 10 donut holes. Absolutely, unexceptable for the quality. This was the first time I had been there and absolutely, the last time. This was a complete waste of my money. This was at the new Mahomet Duncan Donuts.

Customer service is terrible! Ordered 3 drinks online. 5 minutes later when I had arrived I was rudely told by the man in the drive thru that I had to give them more time to prepare them. Apparently you can’t order then show up within 5 minutes. Why? It doesn’t take 5 minutes if I order it person. He very clearly dislikes his job. Definitely will not be returning to this location.

I go here almost every single day! The employees are extremely nice . As soon as they see my car my order is on the screen! ( of course if no one else is in line ) . The lines are always long but the wait is not !

Worst doughnut shop experience we’ve ever had. They got our orders wrong, and even after going back for corrections there were still multiple items missing. Communication with the staff is difficult, they have trouble answering basic questions. We’re never going back here again.
I get it that they just opened very recently, but they keep getting the most basic things wrong. My advice to anyone out there looking for doughnuts and coffee is to try the other coffee shop in Mahomet, It’s worth the trouble to spare yourself the aggravation.
