Ordered takeout from here and it was good. The customer service was great from taking my order to pickup.
Overall the food was good but not as spicy as I would have liked it to be. That said, I did not specifically request it to be hot when I ordered so remember to do so in case you like your Thai food spicy.

This was my first time eating Thai food, and it did not disappoint. Everything I got was very reasonably priced, especially considering the portion sizes. The food itself was delicious (the picture of what I got is Ladna with Chicken). The waitress was very polite and attentive. The restaurant has a nice calm, quiet atmosphere and the chairs were fairly comfortable.
All in all, I do plan to go again and I would definitely recommend 😀

This is a great place for Thai food. Large menu to choose from. The food comes out super hot and fresh. Our waitress was very nice and helpful. Fast service. Clean restaurant. I highly recommend stopping by this place. Affordable pricing as well. The bathrooms are in need of some repair. We will definitely be back.

I got pad thai and drunken noodles- usually my go to’s when trying out a new thai place, wish I had gotten some curry though.
The pad thai was good- big portion, tasty enough just not anything to write home about.
The drunken noodles were okay- big portion here too, way less flavorful than the pad thai which was a bit disappointing as this is usually my favorite. Spice level was on point for both.
Service was top notch! I got takeout but both of the ladies behind the counter were friendly and welcoming and my food was done exactly when they said it’d be, so no complaints overall.

This place is great with great service. Got the house pho. I called in, and I told them I’m dining in I only called because I didn’t want to wait. And when I got there they got a table and everything ready for me. Sat right down and just started eating. Love this place. Highly recommend. I will definitely try a different dish next time.

Great service, as usual! Great food! Always HOT (temperature. It’s always steaming when it comes to the table) and delicious. We usually have a to-go box, because the portions are large. So in my world, that’s 2 meals for the price. The staff is always friendly, always good! The Tulip Dumplings and the Blanket Shrimp are our favorite appetizers. We love the sauces as well. We dine in, we take it home. It’s always good!! Thai Lotus is one of our favorite restaurants in Hickory. It’s locally owned and we like to support local businesses.

Dirty dirty dirty. I live in Atlanta and this place would be closed in a month. The food is not even of average quality. Three of us dined and would never come back again. Dirty floors, dirty seats, dirty bathroom and the food was just not good. My mom ordered a rice dish that was just overspiced to the gills with turmeric. It was so nasty. I tried a bite and it was overspiced.My mom couldn’t eat it and the owner wouldn’t remake it with just a little turmeric. She just charged my mom for it and my mom just left it on the table. Nasty lady owner too. Service matched the food — bad. Will never be back. You’ve been forewarned. I have no idea how this place has so many positive reviews. I guess maybe from a host of rubes who don’t know what true Thai food is. That’s all I can imagine to explain it. Yuck.
