I ordered the steak, chicken and shrimp hibachi. Mine came without the chicken and NO sauce at all. Dry!!! I called and they lady on the phone would refund $5 only for the missing chicken. No apology, nothing. It was my cheat me that I was looking forward to. Never ordering from them again.

We live down the road from Midori and order a couple times a month. The food is always consistent and they always honor every request we put on our order (my husband doesn’t like onions and they make the veggies without them no problem)
I switch my order up between a few items which is rare for me with takeout because I like so much of their menu. Pro tip, make sure you order through their site, it has the cheapest prices. The third party apps are so expensive on the business side they have to charge higher prices on different platforms to make up for it.
If you are in the area this is a safe choice for good consistent food. I typically get two meals out of one entree. Support small!

This was surprisingly worse than it looked. I went into the restaurant shortly after they opened. The closing crew it seems didn’t clean up from the night before and neither did the opening crew because the booth had to be cleaned before sitting.
I snapped some pics which I’ll explain. The first is just a massive rip in the booth directly in front of me which tells me they don’t care for their business so why would they care for the quality of food.
The soy sauce had weird bubbles on top as if some type of oil was mixed with it. The shrimp tempura was straight from a freezer and generic. Both sushi rolls were warm, not at all what you would expect from raw fish or from a sushi restaurant that opened like 10 min prior. They were heavily coated in spicy mayo which generally is good but they were using it to cover up the taste of the other ingredients.
It was small and no one there seemed to care about working. I personally will not go back

Cozy place with fantastic food and stellar service. Good Price point and a nice selection of Options for almost any diet and palette. I enjoyed the Pick 3 Rolls and some Friend Crab cheese sticks amd was not disappointed. I will definitely make it a point to stop here when I am in the area~

I’ve been here about a half dozen times or so. The servers seem to come and go as most restaurants do but they seem to train well and they’re always so sweet and know the menu fairly well. The food is always spot on and we’re never disappointed. Despite the smaller interior, we’ve never had a wait no matter the time of day. It’s definitely the better sushi spots we have been to and we LOVE our sushi. They don’t use too much rice, the fish is always fresh, and the pieces are just right. Consistency is key when you go to a sushi place and they are consistent every time!

Not bad for the price point; this is one of the most affordable sushi places in the Charlotte / Lake Norman area, at least by their nigiri pricing.
The location is small and casual, but it’s got some character, and the people working there were all really friendly.
As for the sushi itself – average selection and quality. Not bad, and neatly put together at least. Just not necessarily anything that will blow you away either.

This is an authentic Indian restaurant and the hospitality is only exceeded by the food and it’s presentation.
We were totally blown away by the staff and the food was more than enough, and we took a good portion of it home. This is a must in Charlotte if you want to experience Indian food in it’s glory!
