So I got chicken tenders , a large mashed potato and a large rice and bean. This was my first time here and the atmosphere was nice but man. The mashed potatoes had chunks in it instead of being smooth , the rice and bean wasn’t cooked enough so the rice was hard and the the chicken tenders were really tiny :/ I rather just drive to the other Popeyes then comeback to this one . I’m just disappointed

My third time coming to this Popeyes, and every time I’ve gone, everything has been on point. The chicken is always super delish, and the sides and biscuits are fresh too. Mary gave me the best service and even double-checked my order. She was so sweet and had the nicest small talk with me while I waited. The store was clean, and you can tell the team really cares about what they do. A true five-star experience!! Well done Popeyes 🙂

Clean inside, fast service. Somehow completely lacking all flavor despite ~700 calories per sandwich. Go to the one on route 85 which is the best local one. Maybe something changed in Popeye’s supply chain causing a lack in flavor or this location’s fryers are “too clean” and need to be “seasoned.” ♀️

This is the Popeyes to go to! I had a great experience with large orders each visit that came out very timely. Every time I went there was a very nice young lady named Mary that served me with a smile. I asked her for recommendations which were delicious and I could tell that she genuinely cared about my experience at Popeye’s. More should be like her! Very clean place with above average service.

Just finished eating here and everything was so good! The food came out hot and fresh, and you could tell it was made with care. I had the grilled chicken plate, super juicy and full of flavor. The rice and beans were tasty too, and that spicy sauce was amazing. The people working there were really nice and made me feel welcome. Definitely coming back

We went to eat at this POPEYES store in Frederic and it was an excellent experience. My family and I were very satisfied with the delicious, juicy, crispy chicken, with great sides, incredible fries, and delicious cookies. I loved them, soft on the inside and crispy on the outside. The staff was truly friendly even though they were full.
A place we will visit again because the food is divine and the service is incredible. It was also super clean, even though there were a lot of people, the staff was so nice and helpful!

Loved the experience!! Food was fresh and hot!! Ate the signature spicy chicken (thighs are my favorite) with the beans and rice! And of course! my apple pie, not to be missed! the employees were also so helpful and kind! The place was clean and nice.. they helped me with the kiosk and now since is so easy I know what to do next time! Kudos Popeyes!! Great all the way! I would absolutely coming back!

Me and the family has patronized this place at least 4x since opening. Food is great (chicken cooked perfectly it’s light, crispy, hot and fresh). Thank you for following the SOP! Sides are well made also. Customer service very nice. I love how the agents offer specials (proactively) that the company is running. The “Big Box” special is a pretty amazing offer. Especially with the economic climate. Thank you! Keep up the great service!

WOW! i went to this location for the first time the other day and it was exceptional! My chicken was so juicy and fresh and my apple pie was delightful! Even the workers were kind! i asked the young lady taking my order her name and told her she was the sweetest employee i’ve ever met! thank you Mary for the best popeyes experience!
