I ordered a Dunkin hot midnight coffee. The coffee tastes horrible as if it is old. I been trying to call no one answers the phone. The coffee was warm I spilled some of it while opening the lid and it was not hot at all . I order this coffee everyday from different locations and this is the first time and last time ordering from this location.

Well my bestfriend placed an order for here so it was ready when I got there an when I got there I went thru drive thru like I do and pulled up to the window , she started to give me the iced coffees that we had ordered and they were black. So I politely said those are supposed to have Carmel in them and the girl working thru goes “That’s not what it said” very snotty sounding. So I said okay let us check the app because maybe I messed it up and while we are checking another worker comes up and goes what’s the issue and she tells that lady “She says these are supposed to have Carmel in them and they are black” an that lady says well large coffees come with 4 Carmel so that’s what I’ll go put in them an I said that’s not what we want in them so I said I would just reorder them again Just from the app again. Just every time I am here girls that work here just are very ignorant and disrespectful!

Went to this location last night. The two girls had no problem not getting on order right. Putting something in my drinks and cursing me out at the window. All cause I asked for a large hot chocolate. Her reply “you want that black” . My reply was i repeated the order. And they openly told me how rude I was. Then spit in my drink and closed the window. The owner of this location apparently allows this behavior. I wouldn’t go to this location. Its a safety hazard at this point.

I switched to a different location that opened since it was closer to my house but I frequent this one on my way to work. If you go before 9 AM, the line is long but the service is great and they get everything right. But I’ve noticed if I go later in the day, things will be wrong in the order. I just left and my drink was made wrong and half my food is missing. They are nice enough, but I’d almost rather they be rude and get my order right.

Lately there have been new people working in the afternoon and evenings and they never get the order right and the coffee has been tasting bitter or sometimes watered down. I go here 2-3 times a day, spending between $8 -$20 at a time. I expect better service. There are some ladies that work morning that are very sweet & the coffee is always perfect.

The sweet lady I think her name is Sara made me the best darn coffee I have ever drank. Ehy because it tasted like ehat I actually ordered. Thats getting rare. Not sure what kinda magic she has. Bypass all Dunkin and go to this one on Midnights if you want it right. Never mind who knows if the other shifts are good. Go find you a Sara coffee. Give that woman a raise.

There is a reason that this particular location has less than four stars. I went through the drive-thru to pick up a mobile order and the girl over the intercom was purposefully SCREAMING into the mic, and you could hear her and the other workers in the background laughing about it. I got to the window and she roughly handed me my coffee and said, “there you go bye.” I gave her a weird look because her demeanor was very weird, but I also had a raspberry croissant and a coffee roll that she didn’t give me. I heard her say, “why is she looking like that?“ and continued to walk away. Another young lady with braces came to the window and asked if I had anything else and I said, “y’all are acting very weird tonight.” I told her that I did not get my croissant and she interrupted me to say “we don’t have that anymore.” I said I ordered it from this location and she said, “yeah but we’re sold out. Do you want something else?” She gave me my coffee roll and a doughnut to substitute the croissant. Regardless of their age, a sense of professionalism and respect, comes with any customer service related job. Playing games on the intercom, screaming at people, being rude, and not even knowing how to communicate the simplest of things really goes beyond me. Perhaps the manager/franchisee doesn’t care, but this location has lost my business.

Guess I have high expectations visiting from the South, but our experience was less than pleasant. Cashier wasn’t very friendly, maybe she was having a bad morning but when you work in customer service, you have to let it go rather than take it out on the next person. Plus both coffees were made wrong, a little disappointing but that’s what I get for not shopping local.
