We ordered plain dosa, fried idli and doffle.. Dosa’s were nice and crispy. Idli was nice too, we enjoyed the doffle, it was the best of all. My son really enjoyed it. It has a nice surprise inside. We plan to visit again soon 🙂

Dosas here are LIFE.CHANGING! Spinach paneer dosa and idly fry were perfection! Doffle was a nice touch. Clean, spacious ambience + consistent taste makes it a must-visit! Most importantly, allergy-friendly options abound – they’ve ditched most common allergens!

Highly recommend!!! I loveee Dosas and this place has some of the best tasting ones in Austin! Love that the color of the Dosa is pink! The filling is soo good as well. I had the SPC^2 and it was crispy and warm when I got it. The atmosphere is great for a chill night and to also bring friends over. Definitely will be back to taste more of their menu!

We recently had Dosa Shack cater an event, and everything was absolutely amazing! The food was delicious, fresh, and a huge hit with all of our guests. Shreya and Arjun did a phenomenal job with the setup and the live pizza station — everything was executed perfectly. They were organized, attentive, and made sure every guest was taken care of.

We have hired Dosa Shack truck for our daughter’s Haldi event at home. It was the best choice . Our guests enjoyed the ambiance, food and the service was friendly and made it personable to our event. Manoj, one of the owners was very professional, communicated timely and his staff are fast and friendly. I would recommend trying Dosa Shack for your events . We catered food from the Dosa Shack for my Birthday & Diwali party at our house. From the get go they were extremely professional and responded almost immediately to any of my questions. They made the whole process from start to finish very smooth and hassle free. I had litreally nothing to worry about. They took care of setup and clean up and did a fantastic job on that front. I was craving paneer, so when I saw pictures of the paneer skewers and the paneer spinach melt sandwich, I just needed to try them. We ordered the Paneer Tikka, Vada Pav, Fried Idli, and the Paneer Spinach Melt.
Warning: The Paneer Tikka is spicy due to the jalapeños, but it’s really yummy with the sauce! I would recommend it for those who enjoy spice.
The Paneer Spinach Melt was indescribably delicious. It’s obviously not the healthiest in terms of fat content, but the flavors were wonderful. The sandwich had a great cheese pull, and the chutney added the perfect touch to this buttery melt. This is one of my favorites now!
The fried idlis are a MUST! I’ve had these and my family makes them, but the seasoning on the idlis with the flavor of the dipping sauce is simply perfection.
Their mango lassi was not overly sweet and just right. Next time, I want to try the Doffles! I’ve never had those.

The dosas are fresh and taste delicious. They do have a wide variety of items. We tried the original dosa with Parmesan gun powder and the paneer dosa which were both fantastic. The sambar was well seasoned and tasty. We also had the idli chaat which was really good.

Five stars for customer service and good food. I mentioned about a problem with a refund situation that didn’t come through from many months ago and the guys didn’t hesitate to make up for it when we visited today. Now that’s a business that I would trust who puts customers first. Food was great with some unique items on the menu! You won’t be disappointed!
