Nasty chicken, long wait time for online FUTURE ORDER, 17mins after and this is at 11:30am when you should have everything ready to go for the business! Yes I got a partial refund but for future reference don’t touch anything so you can get a full refund. The best customer service that you could’ve done for us was give us a full refund ♀️ we hardly ever eat church’s chicken (2 years) this ruined our lunch and our experience there. My experience at this place was very negative. The staff who attended me showed a disrespectful and unprofessional attitude towards me, simply because I am Hispanic and an immigrant. It is disappointing that a restaurant serving such a diverse community does not prioritize respect and good customer service. I strongly recommend that management take action to improve staff training and customer treatment.”

Ordered a three piece and some poppers and had to get a refund due to poor service. Waited outside forever along with 5 other cars. 4 employees stood outside talking, with one that looked like the manager. while one young lady was alone inside working.Never mind waiting but this is ridiculously unprofessional. It’s hot outside and nobody wants to wait On an order when it’s supposed to be fast food and they just want to stand outside and talk. Get new workers.

I can’t rate the food because I never got any. They have a drive through and a walk up window. I got out of my car to check the menu and order my food at the window. Never happened. I waited for about ten minutes at the window. One employee did acknowledge me when she came out of the store to deliver food to a car. The other two employees never did, and there were a few cars in the drive through when I arrived, but only one at the drive through window when I decided to leave. They had no one to wait on and still ignored me. So I left, and will probably personally boycott the company going forward. Their food is OK, not great, but it is cheap. Still not worth wasting my time and being disrespected.

Purchased a $30 family pack and was very disappointed. The chicken tasted old, dry, and hard, almost like it had been reheated from the day before. I also found multiple feathers on the chicken, which was unacceptable.
The biscuits were good, and the mac and cheese was just okay, but the “family-size” side was only filled about halfway.
On top of that, it never fails at this location after pulling through the drive through you’re always asked to pull around front and wait. I’ve had to wait about 15 minutes every single time I’ve been here.
This was my last visit to this location.

The persons in charge of the drive through Lakresha, is very rude and inappropriate especially when making multiple mistakes on my order. Furthermore, I was respectful when asking for the item that I purchased that was not given to me. Her response was it’s just fast food. When I said I would be calling corporate in regards to her behavior she told me to make sure I called them. Then proceeded to slam the window closed. Not only that they had music blasting to the point that you could not speak nor order at the window. So please everyone remember, LAKRESHA IS A HORRIBLE EMPLOYEE!!

Everything came out fresh and delicious! I didn’t know that they started to sale 1/2 gallons of tea but I’m sure glad they do, the tea was perfect! A great sweet tea. Definitely recommend.

Chicken was good. Some pcs were a bit over cooked and some were spot on juice. The sides were fresh and good. The biscuits were fresh, too. Best fried chicken in odessa.

If you are a door dash driver or just anyone in general do not ever order here! These kids straight scammed us. Charged $21.49 before tax for a $20 family meal. When i asked what happened luis H said it was because i asked for 2 of the pieces spicy…. thats now how it works.. Also upcharged $.50 for this dry mac and cheese that was only filled 1/2 way. If my door dash driver pulled up with this hot mess i would have thought it was my driver and probably shorted the tip…. These kids should be fired! 100% DON’T go here for food. And he stole $2 of my change.

I shoved it straight into my purse and didnt think twice until seeing this straight disappointing meal I purchased for my kids, i decided to check it. Theives. Literally! Get a burger or something next time you think about going here.
Dont punish your door dash drivers for their employees that are clearly scamming people… i seriously feel sorry for any drivers whos pay was hurt by taking orders from this place!!!
