My nieces and I stopped in for lunch today and really enjoyed everything from the welcome as we came in the door,taking our order, and OMG,the amazing quality of the fresh,hot food! They ordered the bacon cheeseburger subs and I ordered the bacon double cheeseburger sandwich and a single scoop of vanilla, hand dipped ice cream with rainbow sprinkles! I was excited to see outdoor seating for next time we go, as well as indoor, and a cute kid sized outdoor table. And they have “Candy cigarettes” (I don’t smoke, but candy cigarettes are still fun. went to get ice cream and walked in front of the door at 7:50 and they turned the sign off when they saw us. Their website says 8:30 and they said “we’ve been closing early lately”. We said “well your website says 8:30” they said “it’s 8” and shrugged. Even if they did close at 8, it was only 7:50… Very disappointed

My wife and I been visiting for many years. Our favorite choice was two milkshakes and a bag of Martins barbeque chips. Last month we ordered same from the outside window, we were told they no longer sell potato chips. Very disappointed. Milkshakes were excellent.

Went to get milkshakes when they were busy, nothing was wrong with the milkshakes everything was so good. The downfall of this place is that there is a CHILD working the window no older then 13 asking for help and being yelled at because she’s “doing what she’s doing” I understand helping customers inside but that is no way to talk to a child working under the table who is VISIBLY stressed. Our wait was around 30 minutes given the amount of 20+ people outside and one stressed out kid working at the window. Over Half of the line ended up leaving! He did such a good job but deserves to have the right help he needs it’s not fair for a kid so young to be so stressed!

Just went there today, waited 30 minutes for ice cream because they had one little boy working on the line of 20+ people. He asked for help and the women who I am assuming is his mother yelled at him. Half the people left the line, there was a family in front of us that was so nice and they also felt so bad for the boy. He said yes sir, and thank you he was so sweet. The boy couldn’t be a day over 13, his shirt said peace out 6th grade. He was so visibly stressed out it was so sad. The little boy made great milkshakes though.

I used to work here years ago when it was owned by Wendy. So I love going in to look how it’s changing. But everytime I go something is wrong. The first time, the cook was wiping his face and touching our food. And then today there was a hair in my milkshake. When I went in, the girl who was remaking it was giving me a dirty look. They did make me another one. But please! Make sure your hair is up! Sadly I won’t be returning. 🙁
