Stopped to check out on Sandwichs. As a vegetarian, it is hard to find good options. Got an egg salad sandwich, and it comes with cheese and veggies. Grabbed an ice cream butter pecan on a chocolate cone as well. Perfect for the hot day. Took my sandwich to go so I could enjoy it at the pool. I’m definitely coming back as it’s close by my home.

There was plenty of meat in my roast beef sandwich and you get your choice of condiments, very fresh. All in all, a flavorful combo. I also got a huge scoop of praline pecan. I apologize, I enjoyed about half of the food before I took a picture. It was that good.

Due to weather we had to change our group’s evening plans. Two of us stopped by the Frosty Moose (without warning) to buy ice cream for our very large group. The owners and staff were incredibly accommodating, providing us advice about flavors for kids and adults, but also providing us with timely service. They went above and beyond what I expected and everyone loved the ice cream. They seem like a golden business.

This is probably my favorite ice cream shop in the area. I swear I get withdrawals when they’re closed in the off season. Their prairie dirt sundae (kind of like a dirt cup with ice cream instead of pudding) is what childhood dreams are made of. It’s got a base of Oreo ice cream, Oreo dirt, gummy worms, whipped cream, and some sort of marshmallow topping that takes it to the next level. Seriously, get it, it’s that good. I’ve also had the spicy chicken wrap here which was great. Always great service.

We stopped in for some lunch on a beautiful June Saturday. Everything was fantastic, from the service to the food to the atmosphere – and then we topped it off with ice cream. I enjoyed the best malt I’ve had in decades!

Love this little shop! Their ice cream was amazing as were the cone choices. I love the tie dye shirts that had wide sales. The employees were friendly & helpful. Highly recommend when you are in town if you are looking for the best ice cream & goodies
