It’s a small joint which you might not notice easily, but the restaurant is great. I think most people prefer ordering from this place as we saw someone coming in to pickup food every 2-3 minutes.
We had the Tuna Tartar which was spicy tuna with avocado and mango. The mango and spicy tuna complemented each other well and it was perfect.
We had the Tonkotsu Ramen with pork and it was super filling. The portion size was more than enough for 1 person.
We also had the Beef Gyudon. It had a small fried egg and while the beef was amazing, I felt the rice was a too much for me.
The flavor was good and service was very fast.
They also gave us some free ice cream mochi to go!

A surprisingly nice atmosphere (clean, quiet, ambient) and quality food that exceeded expectations.
Yoshi’s does an interesting mix of traditional Japanese sushi and Japanese dishes with traditional Korean entrees. The portions are great and the prices are reasonable. The quality of food was sincerely high and really enjoyable flavors.
The menu is extensive and they have many appetizers, sushi options, and entrees. We dropped in on a whim but were so glad we did. Highly recommended!

lunch bento is incredible value for what you pay!!! i thought everything was made super well and packaged beautifully. i think the miso soup is lacking in flavour but they most definitely do not skimp on the portion. they also have a 10% discount for tufts students 😀

Very happy with their service and the food. I had initially ordered a milk tea and they substituted it with two bottle Of drinks but what was more appealing is the hand written note explaining the reason. Salmon lover Maki was delicious. I was very pleased with the delivery being right on time as scheduled. 5 stars all the way!

Absolutely love grabbing sushi, poke bowls, edamame, miso soup, or pork gyoza here! They also deliver incredibly fast and don’t upcharge like a lot of third-party services due. A great meal anytime!

Ordered Hai Dup Bap through Doordash for lunch. The dish was delivered in a timely manner. There was minor leakage for the soup and sauce but that was probably due to the bumpy roads around here. The fish tasted pretty fresh and I absolutely loved their miso soup. It was so rich with flavor. I was pleasantly surprised by how they sent jasmine rice as opposed to sushi rice. As for the red sauce I wish it had been spicier. I think the restaurant diluted the sauce to appeal the majority. Next time I’ll remember to request extra spicy sauce 🙂

Delicious and cheap sushi in Boston?!?! Tried this place on the recommendation of my boss. Fantastic and creative rolls. The fish was really fresh, and the service was fantastic (we did takeout because, you know, covid….). Going back to try some of their Korean dishes next time. Glad we found this place.

In the Davis Square Area hands down the best Japanese food , the sashimi was fresh. Food was good and the service was friendly and attentive. Also had the Samon teriyaki and it was right on point.
