I have never had a bad experience here until today me and my girlfriend had placed a pick up order, and she ran in to pick up the food and she went to grab chips (that we ordered) and the guy working accused her of stealing. Then they messed up my sandwich and to top the cake there is a clump of hair in my cookie. I called to complain about the food and the guy was very rude and told me he could only refund me for the cookie even tho our food was messed up and told me in order to give me a refund at all I would have to bring it back to the store so he could take a picture of it and send it to his boss, well here’s your picture DISGUSTING!!!

There was a glitch in the matrix and my online order which was charged on my credit card did not make it to this Subway. Not necessarily the restaurants fault but the manager showed no concern and would not honor the online discount or help in any way. It would have been so easy to earn a lifetime customer in this situation but you lost one over a $3.49 discount.

My god the service and quality here is AMAZING! I come in here quite often with my partner and toddler son, they not only remember all of our orders, they are also extremely sweet to my son. This is my go to for fast food and everytime I come in I’m so glad I did. I love the staff at this location and have never had a bad experience here.
