Their new frank sauce nachos fries grande +0.90 tomato and sour cream add on is a bit sad looking. Tasted fine, but left to go eat elsewhere. $10 meal isn’t as filling as it should be, could be this location or just more shrinkflation.

The food here has been fine but the items received are not what is ordered. Today somehow 0/2 on receiving items as ordered. Receipt shows no tomatoes as asked but received a crunchwrap loaded with tomatoes. The quesarito sure was upcharged to reflect the steak I wanted but I received ground beef. Frustrating to get home and find none of your order was as requested, especially on items where you cannot visually inspect to see correctness.

I used the drive-through. The person taking my order seemed to understand my few extra requests and was kind. I had trust; but got home and nothing was as ordered. Got charged for my requests though.
The quality of the food was terrible, everything smelled and tasted like it was old and stale. I didn’t take pictures unfortunately; but I have enjoyed Taco Bell in the past.

Placed a drive thru order on the app and was asked to wait in the parking lot. After a few minutes I came inside to use the mens restroom and it was broken. The women’s restroom dial to show occupancy was broken. I had to wait for 20 mins to get the order. Employee told me that there are only 2 people doing the work of 6.

The night shift here is absolutely horrible. They didn’t even fill half the tortilla on the quesadilla. Received like 12 fries on my nacho fries with barely any toppings. Spent 70 cents for a side of extra sauce and they filled like 1/4 of the cup. Absolutely pathetic service, how hard is it to put in a tiny amount of effort to give customers a somewhat appetizing meal?

Whoever is making their food doesn’t care about their job. Spent fourteen dollars on the skimpiest most poorly “prepared” taco bell meal I’ve ever had. I almost didn’t eat it and took it back for a refund, but I’m fat and dislike confrontation. If you’re craving tbell after 8pm, its worth the drive to a better one. Compete garbage.

Twice noe but i was in the drive thru and found out they were oit of lettuce. Today it is out of beef. Totally unacceptable. Now i cant get out of line. Wont be back

Got here at 8:15AM, breakfast menu wasn’t displayed in drive thru. Asked about it, worker told me it doesn’t display in drive anymore. Asked about an item on the menu, worker assumed it was what I wanted instead of clarifying my question. Then asked what meat I wanted, I said sausage she then said sausage isn’t ready yet and it would be a few minutes, I then said I’ll wait, she then said she doesn’t have sausage. I relented and did steak. From there said I would like a coffee, she proceeded to tell me she didn’t have coffee. No breakfast display, no sausage, and no coffee. What the heck..?

Horrible experience… Went through drive-thru. Ordered five tacos.. I was told to pull around and wait and parking lot. Waited for 15 minutes then went inside… There’s a line of people that have been waiting longer than I have. There’s a bunch of employees but we’re told that only two are working… Manager was very rude… I’ll take my business elsewhere

Every time we visit this Taco Bell location, they get something in our order wrong. They are seriously skimpy on the meat when making food, and employees are pretty apathetic when asked to right a wrong. Don’t waste your time–just go to a different location. Pretty sad for such a high traffic area–you would think they would want to keep their customers satisfied

My toddler and I had a terrible experience here today around 3-3:30pm we ordered 4 orders of nachos only to find out that they were unedible. Extremely salty and burnt tasting. I told a man with darker spiked hair that worked there that our chips tasted awful and asked if something was wrong with them. He proceeded to give me a smart mouth comment and told me the chips were fine but it’s a new recipe. He offered no other solution but that the chips come in a bag and nothing are wrong with them. However if there is a new recipe this is a first for me because the chips at the Taco Bell in Yorktown are still the standard chips! I waited 10 minutes for someone to notice that I was ready to pay none of the employees were paying attention. They had 1 customer in there eating and it took over 15 minutes for 4 orders of chips and 1 double decker taco. I don’t recommend going here at all. This is the worst service ever.
