Tom and Max give the best service. Happy hour from 4-5:30 includes their amazing Upcountry Mai Tais with Kula Coconut Rum. Menu has lots of tasty options with Kalua Pork Nachos and fish tacos with pineapple salsa. Good prices for a resort and ocean front views.

We stopped by here nearly every day of our vacation on Maui. The staff were exceptional, especially Max and Caitlyn. Both of them went above and beyond for us. The food was fantastic. The sliders appetizers, both beef and pulled pork, were delicious and more than enough for a meal. The wings were great. My favorite was the garlic parmesan fries. The drinks were just boozy enough, if a bit pricy, but what do you expect from a high end resort in Hawaii? Try the daily specials; they cost less and tasted great.

Outdoor restaurant at the Hyatt serving food and drink right next the the beach. The restaurant can be accessed by the beach paved path or from within the Hyatt. They have a few chicken sandwiches available which can be hard to find on the island as most places server pork and fish. Nice atmosphere with live music at times.

The best part about this place is the SERVICE. I wish I had their names, but each person working was incredibly friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The food and drinks were fantastic too – we were last here 3.5 years ago when there was a limited menu. It was great to see all the great offerings. Lots of great options!

Excellent poolside service and delicious drinks and fish tacos. The staff worked quickly to serve the large crowd and were very friendly. The pool area is beautiful and so close to the beach. If you are staying at or near the Hyattz I would definitely recommend checking this place out. There are two spas and one slide and a kiddie pool too.

Great food and drinks. We had drinks and food 2 days of our stay. Everyone was friendly. We had the kulua bbq sliders, chips and queso, loaded cheese fries, and their Taco Tuesday specials ($5 tacos) ground beef and chicken tacos and rice and beans. All the food was great! Drinks were tasty too! Loved having our food/drinks delivered right to our pool chairs.

Saw so many negative reviews about service. Had a super nice bartender today, and everyone I’ve encountered here at Hyatt has been great. $8 mimosas and bloody Mary’s between 11am and 12pm is also fantastic! (In Hawaiian prices. )

Poor quality bar drinks and food. The “lemonade” is from the bar gun, nothing quality or fresh squeezed or even close to tasting like lemonade. Even the orange juice was low budget. Didn’t even taste like orange juice… More like orange colored water. They try to trick your taste buds by squeezing an actual orange wedge into it but it doesn’t work. The nachos were ok, that’s why it got 2 stars. Everything else… Hard pass. The watermelon salad was just a giant chunk of watermelon on spinach. Super disappointed.
