I got hungry after all the sightseeing that we were doing and ordered The Bird sandwich at Nona’s. This is a very nicely decorated sandwich and salad shop at the Fountainebleu Hotel.
My turkey sandwich was freshly made and delicious! There were generous portions of meat. I withheld the jalapeños. The chips were homemade, fresh and good! It came in a biodegradable box.
The staff was friendly and welcoming. The order came up pretty quickly. I was very pleased with my experience here.

Amazing sandwiches. Get the bird – the best turkey sandwich you’ll ever have. The jalapeños aren’t spicy at all! This is a pic of the capicola (this one is spicy!).

Some of the best sandwiches we’ve ever had, and by far the best food in the hotel. The prices were fairly reasonable for Las Vegas and the service was very friendly. A must try if you’re in the area or staying at the hotel.

First time trying Nonas and the sandwiches were excellent! I had The Bird and the Tri Tip French Dip. Both had excellent flavor. A tad small but delicious nonetheless.

One of the best Sandwich spots in Vegas! The Bird sandwich was fantastic.
The service though was exceptional, from chef Aussie, Pam and of course Kelly. The staff are truly wonderful and really added to our experience as well as just being great people after speaking for a while.
I sincerely hope the management at Fountainbleau see this. The team deserve all the recognition in the world.

Chips are lighter and crispy, full of flavor. Don’t miss. We chose The Bird based on a couple other reviews. It did not disappoint. The sweet jalapeno, gah! I want them on every single thing I eat from now until the end of time. Friendly good service. Complete win.

I visited the Fontainebleau’s new Promenade Food Hall to try something from each of the food spots there as part of a video, and found Nona to be the best spot here – BY FAR!
I placed my order online using the QR codes they have throughout the space and it was ready almost right away!
I decided to try out The Bird for $16, and wasn’t disappointed in the slightest!
Upon receiving my sandwich, I found it to be a very hefty, generous size – easily enough for two people or to save as a second meal later in the day.
It was also very delicious – well proportioned when it came to the deli meats in conjunction with the lettuce and other fresh toppings.
Needless to say, I was very impressed with its size, taste, and quality!
If you visit the Promenade Food Hall at Fontainebleau, I highly recommend stopping by Nona!
Their service is fast, and the sandwiches both large AND delicious!

Hands down the best wrap I’ve ever had. Perfect ratios of quality ingredients, the turkey was extremely fresh.
Much of the food in food courts in Vegas is crap, but Fontainbleau did good with Nona’s.

We stopped in to see this new casino and it was about lunch time so we went to Nona’s. OMG! It was awesome. I had the Italian sandwich with the homemade chips. It was delicious, I wasn’t going to eat it all but how could you not? It’s delicious! My companion and I shared the chocolate cookie. We are going to be in Vegas a few more days, and we will certainly be back to try the rest of the menu!
