This is a great little gem, just off the 7. Farm fresh food served in a quaint atmosphere by friendly staff. We enjoyed a cheeseburger and fries while my companion had an omelet. It was delicious. They also have a nice patio where you can enjoy a meal in good weather (was a little too cold for us).
Wholly recommend this restaurant for a tasty meal.

Solid little breakfast spot. Not very crowded on a Friday morning.
Western omelet was great and well filled. French toast had a great flavor profile.
Pancakes were not too remarkable. The sausage was top notch though, would recommend that.

We arrived here for breakfast, on the outside it looked a little run down, but inside it’s great. We sat at a nice booth and ordered drinks quickly. My sprite was good. We then ordered food, they were out of chicken and didn’t have any buffalo sauce. I ordered fries, and they took a long time to come, we also ordered eggs that weren’t cooked right and the pancake came out blueberry instead of chocolate chip and with butter. After that was fixed, we ate. My fries were ok, just some frozen fries. The waiter was very nice but the food just wasn’t great and the wait was long.

A wonderful brunch at the Pine Grove Restaurant. This really is a gem not to miss. My wife had the garden omelette which was delicious and perfect, I had the “Big Breakfast” with chipped beef sausage gravy and biscuits, country sausage, bacon, scrambled eggs and home fries. So good! Five stars!

The food was absolutely fantastic. We were so happy to stumble upon this gem of a restaurant. Service was great our server was so sweet. They also have really yummy cinnamon rolls as well as great sandwiches and burgers. All the ingredients were very fresh.

There was a restaurant that I used to go occasionally, and when I heard it got bought out I wasn’t too happy. However, many of the employees worked there now work here with the same menu! This restaurant is a little out of the way since there is no advertisement along the roadside (but the food will make up for it!) If you’re going to come to Pine Grove you have to get the onion rings. Why you may ask… the reason is they make it out of funnel cake batter! This restaurant is a little whole in the wall, but it’s clean and good homemade cooking. I ordered the Blue Ridge Burger and it comes with onion rings, blue cheese, and bacon. I absolutely loved it! My family members ordered the chop sirloin and the chicken salad sandwich. They both enjoyed their meal. Like I said… if you plan to eat here you must get the onion rings! I’ll definitely be back.

Love this country restaurant. Phylis, the owner, is a long time local. Great place to stop for a breakfast after a wedding and before a hike! Delicious

Simple but delicious diner style. Some of the best pancakes and French toast anywhere. Sausage gravy is amazing and meat and eggs are all locally raised. Wait times for food can be longer, but it’s worth it.

Stopped for breakfast and ate on the porch as we had our two small dogs. Service and food were great. We had the Big Breakfast, western omelette and 2 coffees. Our server brought out extra bacon for the puppies and checked on us several times to see if we wanted anything. She brought fresh coffee a couple of times.
All in all it was a great experience.

The breakfast was ok. The place only had one waitress, so we waited a long time for our food. Several items were not available. I hope to try it when I return, but I plain to stick to the breakfast basics.
