I always order inside these days because they 9 times out of 10 get my order wrong. I waited FIFTEEN minutes to have any employee interaction. Them when I got my food, the picture is what I got. I’m SO tired of this awful McDonald’s. If I do go back to any location it will be the on University.

The restaurant itself was disgusting. No ketchup in the dispenser. No napkins. The floors were sticky. I didn’t even want to attempt the restroom.

Update: Saul at the drive-thru was kind and professional. Even better, he read my name correctly from my app order and then made sure that he said it correctly when I pulled to the window. THAT’S CUSTOMER SERVICE! Old Review: I did a quick “grab breakfast on the way to my kids’ appointment” drive-thru visit. Thankfully, they were quick and efficient, and quick isn’t a word I usually use to describe this location.

I’m beyond disappointed. It seems that they don’t know how to handle a busy shift or day. We already had complications at drive thru with them not understanding. Then when we got our coffee, it didn’t have whipped cream or caramel so we informed them. They had an attitude with something THEY made a mistake on and they proceeded to take the coffee back and POUR SOME OUT TO PUT WHIPPED CREAM. SMH. The coffee let alone was disgusting, dark, and it tasted old.

Listen, I always feel so silly leaving reviews. And leaving a review for a fast food place seems even sillier. But this McDonald’s slaps, The food is always fresh, the service is always great. I occasionally have to wait a long time, but my order is never wrong and everyone who works there is so kind about it. During the ice storm, they were out there, busting up the ice, taking care of their patrons and making sure people could get in and out of the line. Even if I move further away from This McDonald’s, I will drive over here just because of how delicious it always is.

You may need to double check your order on the screen and again when you get the bag to make sure you get everything pending who’s working and how busy it is at times. It seems like the trouble i run into is going through the drive thru and having miscommunication. I don’t know if it’s an issue with the audio or staff not understanding what you say and randomly picking items for you instead of confirming orders. That said, usually good staff and quick service.

Very poor service. The staff clearly focuses only on the drive-thru and completely ignores customers inside the restaurant.

The service was extremely slow, unorganized, and a huge waste of my time. I had to wait far longer than reasonable while drive-thru orders kept getting priority.

If you’re dining in, don’t expect any attention or efficiency. Definitely one of the worst service experiences I’ve had. I do not recommend this place at all.

Food was average/normal McDonalds standard. Should’ve been quick and easy. This review is for the curbside ordering. Bottom line, it took 15 minutes. That’s way too long. Business must be good for them to not even aknowledge it. They definitely don’t need me to return.

**Update to the original review regarding the AI generated response to this review from the McDonalds owner advising me to contact their customer care department. NOTE: I already did that and received the attached generic message. I believe ai is fielding the complaints at this corporation.

I’m retired and have been to hundreds of McDonald’s across this country over my many years. This location continues to be the worse I’ve ever had the misfortune to visit. Every trip I’ve made here there’s always an issue. Dining Room and restrooms are always filthy. Employees are rude, don’t enunciate and seem to care less about their customers.

This morning I went thru the drivethru at 6am. Coudn’t understand the woman taking my order, and I have excellent hearing. I order the same thing for breakfast EVERY time. But my normal Sausage McMuffin w/ Egg turned out to be something called a McGriddle (???). I’ve never ordered one in my life. It’s disgusting! The gal also didn’t put a straw in my bag for the small OJ I always order. Hard to drink that on the road w/out one.

Management is either oblivious to all the issues at this location, or are the root cause. Something needs to change!!

And, no, I’m not going to click on some link to enter this info all over again. Your ‘auto-bot’ response is indicative of passing the buck. You have the ‘details’ (countless details, in fact, ftom numerous reviews)

for the first few months when this location first opened I was pleasantly surprised. the staff was attentive, the burgers were actually well put together and they kept everything very clean. but something happened in the last month where the location is becoming more and more filthy and the burgers are looking sadder and sadder. came here with my daughter today because she was feeling down and wanted a happy meal but her burger was so disappointing (one pickle and barely enough condiments to cover the one pickle), the tables were sticky, there was trash just left there and the bathroom sink was also filled with trash. There is another McDonald’s location just 5 min from where we live but I would drive 15 minutes to this one because it was a much nicer location but it has really gone down hill.

The guy who took the order was very nice, but there was a lot of background laughing and talking, he didnt get the last part of our order. We paid and saw it on the receipt. Tried to address it at next window and guy kept telling us one moment. When we finally got his attention he didnt listen just repeated what part of our order was missing and told us to pull forward. When they brought the rest of the order we told the girl the problem. She looked like she didnt know what to do, and told us to go around again and order. So we tried and got stuck in a long unmoving drive thru. I am very frustrated by the whole ordeal and we just left.
