I just want to give a shoutout to the amazing drive-thru employee at this Carl’s Jr.. She was incredibly welcoming, patient, and attentive. It’s not every day you come across someone who truly goes above and beyond to make customers feel valued. Her positive attitude really stood out and made my visit a great one. I recently visited Carl’s Jr. and overall had a really positive experience. The staff was incredibly nice and friendly from the moment I walked in. You can tell they genuinely try to make customers feel welcome.
The only issue I ran into was that there were absolutely no napkins available anywhere, which was a little inconvenient. Even so, the employees did their best to help me out despite not having much they could do about the situation. Their effort and attitude definitely made a difference.

I just left Carls Jr in Santa Paula, today is 7/23/2025 and was there at around 7pm through drive thru and was attended by a young man, I believe his name was Gilbert but in case I got it wrong I’m so sorry but you will know who worked the schedule at this time, had a tattoo of last name across his forearm. He is very nice, polite and has great customer service. Well done!
