This location does a bang up job! Customer Service is on point and I’ve been in NC for almost 4 years and I am a Jersey girl. Although we have better sandwiches than Jersey Mike’s back home …. I have truly enjoyed my last three sandwiches from this establishment. Today I had the cheesesteak and it was excellent the bread was so fresh. Thus far, it’s the best sandwich I’ve had in NC & it will be my go to! Pisgah keep up the good work!!!

out of all the sub sandwich restaurants I’ve tried, jersey mikes is at the bottom of my list. They have a very limited selection of toppings. The sandwich bread was stale. The toppings they do have, taste like they are very low quality.
I will say, I only tried this place because I was given a gift card, and I still wish I had just went to jimmy John’s and paid full price for a sandwich there instead.
I’m giving 2 stars because the service was good, and the restaurant was nice and clean.

Just left this store. I have to say Im not completely satisfied… I ordered a Giant #17 and it wasn’t the food that didn’t satisfy me. After my sandwich was done and placed in front of the register; I walked up with my ticket in my hand to make my payment. As I was walking up the food prep yelled “Its not paid for!!!”. A sudden hush fell over the room as it became awkward and I was embarrassed. I called back to let them know that their customer service was less that anyone should expect. I talked to the owner. He apologized. He remembered the incident and told me that he agreed that his wife didn’t handle the situation well.
While I completely accept his apology and I do intend to go back to the restaurant however, I don’t think that we can let these incidents of racism slide. People have tried to make it unfashionable to speak out against any form of oppression. I will not be silent.

Hi!! I got my sandwiches wrong last time, but Ms. Carla, the assistant manager, and her team were so polite and helpful with my order. She took care of me and my family and made sure that we were satisfied before I went home. We need more managers like her, I was grateful for her calmness. She needs a raise!!

This is the BEST Jersey Mikes with the best staff and management! They’re always so friendly! The food is always on point! They just make you feel comfortable!!
That’s important to someone like me who has anxiety, so it makes me nervous sometimes to go in an establishment by myself but, I know they will always be welcoming, patient and friendly! Thanks to the crew! God bless you all!

The staff at this location were very friendly, courteous, and helpful. Food quality and flavor were great. Our order was promptly and accurately completed.
My only complaint is that the women’s restroom was out-of-service, and the men’s restroom was disgusting. This may have just been on this one occasion, as this is the only time we have visited this location.
Restroom issue aside, I would recommend this restaurant.

Tonight is the first time I’ve had a bad experience at the Pisgah Church location. I was rushed and I told the young lady I wanted my sandwich Mike’s Way which means No Mayo, she cuts my sandwich with a knife that had Mayo on it. I could see the Mayo leaving the knife and going into my sandwich. I’m very disappointed with this location!! Your new staff is very rude.
