My granddaughter and I had a week together, we wanted something special for our Friday dinner, and she wanted PHO 5UP! We decided on two orders of their egg rolls, chicken and well-done brisket pho. The service was good and the food was delicious!

The pho tasted authentic and delicious. The appetizer, beef wrapped in grape leaves, was good, too.
The atmosphere is good and comfortable. The only issue I had was two small flies that flew in and has been bothering the food around the table.
I would definitely recommend this place for an authentic food taste.

This is my second time ordering and I can’t recommend highly enough Pho 5UP Crofton. They separate each orders ingredients into individual containers but put some in the included bowl like the beef, noodles, rice, jalapeños…etc. First pic is everything in the bowl with fresh almost flowery broth given. Second is cooked 4 minutes high in microwave. I only ordered a one bowl serving but when mixed with a little more water, I actually MADE TWO BOWLS for just $19.45 +tax. Yes I washed and saved my first bowl. Did I mention how fantastically fresh everything is?? You can’t even buy ingredients this fresh at the grocery store. So naturally organic I can feel the health moving through my body. I was sick with flu. Had my first order last week and was healed waking up the next morning. We are so lucky to have this little place with the freshest Pho ever.

We have visited PHO 5UP several times, and each meal seems to surpass the last in quality and taste. Our most recent experience was especially memorable, thanks to the exceptional service provided by Chris and Ana.
My husband and I usually stick to our favorite dishes, but this time, Chris suggested we try the Asian salad. It was spectacular! I would have never considered it if not for his recommendation, and now it’s one of my new favorites. Chris’s friendly and accommodating demeanor made the experience even better, as it can be challenging to step out of your comfort zone in a restaurant.
We are grateful for the wonderful service and the thoughtful recommendation. The Asian salad was a delightful surprise, and we still enjoyed our usual choice of the delicious summer rolls and Pho! Thank you, Chris and Ana, for making our dining experience so enjoyable!

So I ordered last night at 7, and then I realized I ordered at the wrong location (for context I have the flu, my brain isn’t all there) I called and asked if I could cancel the order and get refunded as I noticed within minutes of placing the order that it was the wrong location. They said there was no manager on shift last night and they couldn’t refund me. Which it is what it is, I’m not gonna make an employees life hell because they don’t have the authority to refund. I have my friend pick up my meal for me because again, I’m sick with the flu. She comes back and I realize they did not give her my milk tea I ordered. I call the next day so that I can speak with a manager and at first he refuses to refund me, then I tell him I know that I can be refunded I was told last night. He asked if I could come in and they would make it for me, I told him I did not want that as I have the flu I really don’t want to get anyone sick by going out. I again ask if I could just get a refund, he then tells me the only way I will get a refund is if I come into the place physically. Which makes no sense, I ordered online, all my information is there on the computers, it’s not like I paid in cash. It also kind of felt like a dirty trick to keep my money because he knew I couldn’t come in, and with the way the employees were talking to me last night it seemed like they can give a refund just over the phone. The manager was of absolutely no help and the fact that there was no manager in the establishment the night before is pretty concerning to me. First and last time I’m ever ordering from this place

Came here on a whim. I enjoyed my dish, my other half got the one with meatballs and found it disgusting. Outside of that was enjoyable.
Do wish they had the jello drink as a dessert. Really good, but only found as a couple Pho restaurant.
