I went to this location this morning to grab some Redbull on my way to work. all the signage posted stated 2 12oz cans for $6. when i got to the cooler is was practically empty. I asked the team member if he could locate the cans I wanted. He went in the back and came out shortly after saying they didn’t have the product in 12oz only in 8 oz. I asked if I could get 3 8oz cans equaling the 24oz special they were advertising. He went to the General Manager who said No. It would mess up their inventory. Apparently the correct number of cans they have is more important than the customers and honoring the advertising they have all over the store. Maybe if they were actually on top of tracking inventory they would have had the product I was looking for. I have worked in retail for decades and i know the customer isn’t always right but I also know what exceptions and discounts can be done. The Manager is able to key in 3 cans and discount 1 so the price totals out correctly which would alleviate the inventory issue. Maybe is the General Manager even bothered to come out and talk to me about the issue we could have came to a resolution but he/she just didn’t care enough to try to help. Customer service is a joke in this store.

Usually I never have a problem here. I ordered a cinnamon cream cheese pull apart and an iced coffee for pickup. I get my stuff and wait until I get home to open my food (big mistake). They put a damn cinnamon roll instead of what I ordered and didn’t mention that they didn’t have the item or whatever the case was. I was so excited to try it cause it looked so good.

We ordered 3 subs and took 30+ minutes. The cashier was so nice but then when they were making our subs they skipped us multiple times and ran out of turkey. We saw turkey in the back and they didn’t do anything about it. Burnt the subs would not recommend.

on 8/24/2025 7:33:34 pm I placed an order and my order was two snack wraps. And I waited until I got home to open my order only to find a thick medium sized piece of brown hair in my food, now if I remember correctly there was a long haired fellow and a gentleman with rather short hair. Now I don’t know who made my food I wasn’t watching them like a hawk but respectfully I don’t want to other hair. And I tried calling them but know one has answered. But someone has to do something about this it’s ridiculous and crazy.

Your employees need HR training. Staff is very immature and inconsiderate of adults with mental disabilities.

I usually come here 3-5 times a week! Came in today 7/6/25 a little after 10AM. A man who clearly has some form of autism came in to get something prepared from the kitchen. He was friendly and was talking about the staff about his last job since the staff was talking about hours. He continued speaking quite a bit which is normal for people with autism. The staff were not engaging with him, which is not even where my problem lies.

He got his smoothie from the kitchen, and the kitchen staff didn’t even wait until he got out the first door to start loudly CACKLING at him. He had to have heard them. The MANAGER was laughing at him! There was nothing to laugh about. The man was being polite and making conversation.

They continued laughing about it saying “Do you know him?! I don’t! What the hell?” Even after I got my food and was walking out the door. The employees displayed absolutely disgusting behavior and I am in disbelief they felt comfortable doing it in front of other customers. Needless to say I will be going to ROFO tomorrow.

Not so good food quality. They informed me that I needed a WaWa card to receive the advertised price. When I went to put my number in the said I couldn’t do that. I asked for another card. The cashier couldn’t find one. The people in line were getting restless, and I was frustrated. I paid the inflated price and left with an overpriced mediocre product and poor service.

There are Wawas better than this and there are few worst than this one on rt3. This one is middle of the road for two reasons – the service is spotty based on when do you go there, and the food is poorly prepared based on who is making it.

I have found the service, the restrooms, and food to be particularly good during daytime hours, but all starts going downhill after 5 PM. The couple of guys who prep food late in the evening smell very heavy of weed, and it just turns me off as I don’t like my food prepared by anyone to smell of anything. Also, this is around the same time regular Paninis like Steak and Cheese, and Tuna all taste terrible due to over or under heating of meat and tuna. I have started avoiding all together in the evening. Oh, and restrooms stink during evenings and they are always out of paper roll for receipts at gas pumps.

The lady behind the counter in the kitchen was RUDE. I came in today, 8/16 at around 3 PM. I ordered a sandwich and a mac n cheese. There were a decent amount of people in the store, thus my order took a while.

When I finally went to pick up my order from the counter, I noticed that the mac n cheese was missing. There was an older, caucasian lady with a lazy eye working behind the counter on sandwiches – which, by the way was prepared extremely carelessly, food spilling out of the sandwich and a mess. I tried to flag her down to inform her of the issue, but I knew that she was trying to finish a lot of orders in the midst of a rush. However, there was a lady in front of me who was trying to retrieve her sandwich, which was finished, but sitting out of arms reach on the counter. She tried to say “excuse me,” and say her order number, but she was ignored. Literally ignored. She said it a second time and the employee rudely said “I’ll be with you.”

Finally, I got her attention. She said “What do you need, hun” , with this tired, agitated tone in her voice. I told her I ordered mac n cheese, and she said “I can’t hear you.”, as she stopped what she was doing completely and stared at me as if I was irritating her… at that point I was annoyed. I repeated myself, and she said “Ok, so what’s the problem. You didn’t receive it, is that what it is?” VERY snappily. And she rolled her eyes as she went to make the mac n cheese. She left so quickly I couldn’t get a chance to tell her it was chipotle, and when she came back with it I told her I ordered chipotle mac n cheese. She rolled her eyes AGAIN, and put this sloppy mess of sauce on top of my mac n cheese.

Not sure who pissed in her cereal. It wasn’t even busy enough in there for her attitude towards anyone to be justified.

If it wasn’t for the fact that they are usually pretty good I would have given them a 1 star. Business as usual order a sandwich for our son and down the road we go. When we got home my son said the sandwich smelled funny and tasted weird. Well moldy meat tends to have that effect. Please pay attention people. If the meat is bad don’t serve it
