I ordered my food with out Avocado and they put it on my food. Everyone else food was right. Now the only dinner I will eat is the fruit cup I got. This is very not good. I will never be going back to this place again. I’m very disappointed with this service.

Literally so unamused. I placed an online order and got an email it would be ready at 12:55 so I show up at 12:50 no order ready. So that’s fine a 5 minute window is enough time so i wait. Mind you they aren’t even super busy. I have worked in food so I understand lunch rushes but there was maybe 2/4 people in line. I wait and 2 of those 4 were to go orders. explain to me how i have been waiting for 10 + minutes and they got their food before me?? Horrible experience. Nobody was even nice or said sorry for the wait. but boasting about “ almost 2 girllll” excuse me? I’m highly disappointed.

Good food. Young woman was new but another employee helped too. Besides our meal being good, he ended up giving us a free cookie and brownie so we could go home and make ourselves a brookie because they were out of them. Big smile. Definitely a return visit place! Atmosphere is very pleasant. Nice decorations. Ok bathroom cleanliness.

I have been to the southhaven and Winchester in Memphis location twice and I always get the same thing. I though have learned to have them hit the extra onions button 3 times and no cucumber with horseradish sauce which is so very tasty. I don’t typically like potato salad but theirs is most tasty. I have noticed they fall behind at lunch here and the Winchester location, but they are very nice. I got my roommate the nachos, which she enjoys most for sure.

MY 1ST VISIT. I recently moved here from PITTSBURGH. I ordered the New flat bread meal & it came with chip, cookies & Sw33t Ice tea, and it came to 13$. The order came out with not much of a wait. The Asst.mgn & wait staff was AWESOME. I went there on August 5, about 5pm. Sorry, I don’t remember THEIR names. But THANK U LADIES for helping me figure out what to eat. I WILL BE BACK. PLEASE DOWN LOAD THE APP. IT COMES WITH a FREE Ice Tea. LADIES I will be back. See you soon.

I placed an online order last night at approximately 6:55. I was told the estimated pick up time would be 7:15. I arrived at 7:25-7:30. The order was still not ready and there were no meals in the pick up box. There were others waiting as well. Customers there to dine inside left because they were never greeted. I was asked my name multiple times and told them the estimated pick up time but they never responded. Finally around 8 PM I asked for a manager. She asked me for my name again. She had already asked previously but I wasn’t aware she was a manager. She then told me that “to be honest” she forgot about me earlier. Then she told me the food I wanted was unavailable because they were out of wraps. She replaced both of my wraps with other sandwiches of my choosing. I chose a club and the memphian. I got home at approximately 8:35. There was a half eaten tortilla chip in my sandwich. I attached a picture of the chip.
I called the CEO of Southern Rock Restaurants. David Blackburn, who is the franchisee, but there was no answer and the voicemail inbox was full. The customer service at this location is horrid. The food has obviously taken a turn for the worse. Others that were waiting for their pickups were door dashers that were having to talk to mad customers of their own and even cancel orders. The location was out of wraps but didn’t tell me until after I had been there an hour. They told another customer they were out of bread bowls after she had waited nearly 30 minutes but she was so mad that she just left with what she had. The location needs to be fixed badly and until it’s revamped, i highly suggest going to one of the many other and better choices in the immediate area.

The manager was immaturly making a joke and laughing when I called in for my delivery order to tell them I’m allergic to wheat. They told me that there is bread on the surface and that’s the surface where my gluten free sandwich would be made. I informed her I’d lose consciousness if I consume any gluten filled bread. She said ok. Well I get my order and the sandwich that said “no pickle” clearly has pickle (picture included). The pecanberry salad is supposed to have grilled chicken. My order arrived. Pickles were in the tray with my “no pickle” sandwich. The pecanberry salad was missing the chicken. I tried to tell her every time she stated that my sandwich didn’t have pickles that indeed it had pickles. She just wasn’t open to hearing me. Every time I began to inform her she cut me off. The bag did not contain any napkins. I called back in and told the girl that the salad was missing the grilled chicken. The girl on the phone argued with me and told me it was added to the salad. I offered to send her a picture of the salad and she denied my offer. Her sas tone attitude tone copped an attitude and told me that they would just refund the order. I rebuttalled and asked if they would just bring some grilled chicken. With the sas attitude tone in her mouth, she stated, “DIDN’T I JUST SAY SHE IS GOING TO REFUND YOUR MONEY!” Idk what her mother did or didn’t do raising her but my own kid sure would have been smacked across the face talking to an adult the way this girl was speaking to me. I make a 6 figure income. I wasn’t trying to get a free meal. I can afford food. I just wanted the meal correctly. That was an extremely rude experience with all three employees I spoke with at this location. I like the food when it is made correctly. Those disrespectful kids being disgusting humans are what ruined this location. As you can see…. no chicken on the salad and clearly visible pickles in the sandwich tray.

Placed my order at the counter and went well and polite. Went to get myself tea and had to ask for it cuz there was none out front. The young girl fills my tea and barley fills the cup over halfway on a large cup. I just let it go cuz I don’t like asking again for things. This nice lady waiting sees it and asks ” ma’am why didn’t you fill his drink up” the young girl gave her the ugliest look and all didn’t fill my drink. Get my food and not only does my French dip lol like it was made that morning, which it’s night time now, it looks like they literally stomped on it after wrapping it up. The only part any good was the tea that wasn’t even filled.
