Placed an order for a burger and paid with a $10 then just asked if I can get ones when my change is $6.11. Was refused to be given ones without a reason at all even when I made a purchase. Thanks Catherine for the terrible service and the attitude

Every time I keep coming here its because Im really hungry once out of work and its the only BK close. But they always manage to get one thing or another wrong about my orders & the cashiers tend to be a bit rude. Then yesterday my 3 yr old son was extremely thirsty. I had paid for food and a drink & decided to put some Hi C punch (hopefully got that right) in my sons bottle and one of the employees there tells me in a very rude & know it all attitude tone “you do know you cant do that.” And I told her even if I paid for a meal and drink. How would this not make any mom mad. I know your not suppose to for whatever reason but my son was extremely thirsty and I didnt have time to go get change. So I just pour some juice cause I had already paid. But what got me mad about this whole situation is that we saw another employee from this same establishment give out free food to 2 tall guys with skateboards that she seemed to have known. And I mean she gave them free food cause me & my husband did not see them pay her at all. So if you want to goby the rules. Go by all the rules. Used to love BK but I don’t recommend this location at all! My love for BK has decreased by a lot!!

Everyine knows that this burger chain is not one of the fanciest restaurants in the world, but I would choose it almost any day of the week to take satisfy my hunger. I usually always order the Whopper, and sometimes when I feel bold I will order the Whopper Combo meal. I have noticed that they have raised their prices considerably for the combo meals, so I don’t always order thus. This particular location is pretty fast and the food seems consistent as well. The service is skmetimes hit or miss, but they seem to always deliver what I order. One nice feature about this location is that therr are plugs near some of the tables so you can charge your phone whike you eat! I hope that some day they woukd extend their hours because it is usually late at night when I am starving for fast food!

I’m a ‘Laredoean’ & I know how this Burger King is. I mean c’mon, it’s in Downtown people right next to the Metro buses & Greyhound station. These employees do TRY their best to keep this restaurant clean as they can. The only thing im giving them a 4/5 because there is less advertisement on the walls/windows. Besides all that, it is a good place to eat while you stroll around downtown of Laredo.TX

Horrible service, it took them more than 25 min to give me an order of nuggets and the manager gave them to me because I had to go and tell them that they had skipped 10 numbers and they did not call me, when the manager gave me my order she said to me “I’m going to check the cameras”, What the hell!!!! They need to improve their manners and take responsibility for they mistakes.

If you must indulge in fast food for whatever reason, I suggest you look elsewhere. Staff is rude and unprofessional. I understand though, for a budget burger joint; what can you expect.

Since it is next to Jarvis Plaza some homeless people walk in. I was having lunch and two women became arguing out loud using only foul language. There is no security guard in there and the security police that is outside works for El Metro bus so he won’t go into the restaurant. My friend and I had to leave since the women arguing were standing in back of us. Also there are no drink refills.
