I place an order in the drive thru was given the wrong order didn’t realize it until i got home and saw on the bag it had someone else’s name on it. I tried calling multiple times no one answered the phone what so ever ! Will never come back to this establishment again!

Whoever made my ultimate cheese burger on November 1st 2025 around 2am and the employee who took and gave me my order at the drive thru and gave it to a hatsune miku dressed girl (me) the night of halloween should get a raise. Ive never ate such a legendary ultimate cheese burger at any jack n the box location until I ate at this one. this wasn’t just fast food, this was a spiritual experience. every other jack in the box burger i’ve had before feels irrelevant now. I took one bite and literally ascended. I know a burger made with love when I ate it. Words cannot explain how fire that burger was. I dont usually make reviews but for this burger i ate i thought i was necessary to leave a review. I will be back.

I just left the drive through and let me say the guy who was at drive through(older gentlemen with glasses and black Tshirt . was extremely rude since the speaker when I was ordering my order . As I tried ordering he was cutting me off . Then he charged me for a large drink and gave me a small cupz Then he mentioned this location only carries kids cups and the one in the picture . I feel ripped off. I know the large cup is much bigger in size. Then as I’m trying to ask him if I can get condiments he closes the window on me, I had to honk to get him to even attend me . I was nowhere near rude to him , even though I was upset . He didn’t provide me with a receipt either as I paid with Apple Pay .

I usually don’t do reviews but this is necessary. I really wanted a good breakfast sandwich from Jack in box..but I’ve never had a burnt sausage from this location. I’m very disappointed to receive this sandwich.

This location is usually good . This time however , my chicken sandwich was burnt . Too bad I didn’t have enough time to return since I get a short lunch . Both my bread and chicken got burnt ! Fries were great !

Unfortunately there is employee named David he has black glasses that really always makes my experience horrible I work around the corner so I regularly visit this site and he always pretends to not hear me correctly on the size of the comb always charges me for large although I ask for small. And to top it every time I try to get one ranch per my items he charges me for them even though they are not EXTRA sauces he claims the chicken wraps aren’t qualified and no one else does this to me it’s very weird and akward for me ever time I come across him and I just delt with the same issue again with him for the 4th time now. All the other employees treat me amazing but him

My concerns with fast food are twofold:

1. **Food Freshness**
2. **Management’s Claim of Freshness**

**1. Food Freshness:**
If I’m paying more for meals kept under heat lamps or in warming drawers, they consistently become rigid and dried out, including the eggs. This lukewarm food falls drastically short on taste compared to meals cooked fresh to order. There’s a noticeable difference between food that’s been sitting under lamps and meals prepared fresh—cooked-to-order foods taste significantly better. Offering the option for freshly cooked meals should be considered.

**2. Management’s Perspective:**
A manager explained that the food is pre-cooked to prioritize quick service. While speed may appeal to some, there are customers, like myself, who don’t mind waiting a little longer for freshly cooked meals. One manager even mentioned that offering freshly cooked meals is not feasible due to the time it takes.

This issue isn’t limited to just one “Jack in the Box” location; rather, it’s a widespread practice across various fast-food establishments. I’m convinced that the first chain to prioritize freshness and embrace a cook-to-order model will significantly enhance its customer base, delivering quality over quantity. To clarify, I’m not saying the current quality is terrible, but there’s certainly room for improvement in delivering the best possible version of what’s on offer.

There’s a clear distinction when I bite into reheated, precooked food compared to a freshly prepared meal. Precooked meals are typically colder, less flavorful, and dry, whereas cooked-to-order meals are fresh, tasty, and served at the perfect temperature.

I hope this message reaches Jack in the Box, McDonald’s, and other fast-food chains. Given the premium prices we pay, is it unreasonable to expect a higher standard of food preparation?
