Went thru the drivethru tonight and ordered a cappuccino. The price board said it was $5.45. I arrived at the window & the guy said it was $5.95. I told him the posted price on the board said: $5.45 and that posted prices were to be honored. He said the prices just went up. Again, I shared about posted prices to be honored. The guy told me the cappuccino was 12oz. However, it was basically, ALL foam. Very disappointed in this place. I’ll go out of my way to Tierra Mia. The line on the cup shows how much coffee liquid was in the cup. Above the line was all foam. Lastly, I checked the price via online order & the checkout cart was $5.45, not $5.95. Mgmt needs to update their prices so customers wont get a surprise when paying. The cashier should’ve honored the posted price of $5.45. I’m not impressed with today’s transaction or cappuccino.

I received a free drink referral from my son and used the link he sent to register for The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf Rewards Program. However, I experienced repeated issues during sign-up — after verifying various images, the website kept looping back and eventually stalled. I tried for about 30 minutes before finally giving up.
I went to the counter and explained the situation to the store manager, asking if they could honor the 50% off offer for my first drink. I was fully prepared to make a purchase, but the manager flatly said, “Sorry, I can’t help you,” and then turned her back on me.
I’m not sure if she was having a bad day or simply didn’t care about helping customers, but the lack of courtesy and professionalism was disappointing. I was willing to spend money and give the store my business, yet I was dismissed without even an attempt to assist.
This was a very poor experience — terrible service, especially from a manager representing the brand.

we decided to stop in for some snacks and drinks while we were in the area and had a gift card to burn. the prices were great on some of the sugar pastries we wanted to purchase. we also inquired the guy at the front counter about some of the flavors that were available for the latte and decided to get one as well. there were no cars in the drive thru and when we were inside we saw them working fast to keep it clear as well.

Good coffee and tea shop with snacks. Very similar to anlther popular coffee chain. This place offers a larger variety of teas which is what I drink. I had Jasmine Dragon tea and it was good. My husband had a black coffe and he he enjoyed it. We also had a berry pastry and breakfast burrito that was heated up for us. The dining area was large and open. Customer service was okay.

I come here a few times a month or more. If I just order tea normally I have few issues. However food seems complex. It is seldom as I asked, packed poorly especially for take out and for some reason if I have tea and food always made before the tea by 10 minutes or more. Today I ordered ahead, and tried to pick up only to find the lobby not open (6:50am), I saw others let in so hoping I could get my order. Apparently some folks get let in and others not. I was told no one allowed because to there was a situation. I have had more challenges here in 3 months then all other coffee shops communed in 3 years.

The supervisor was extremely rude , she gave me the two matcha with straight milk, I asked politely to add just a bit more matcha , she proceeded to argue with me , I’ve been plenty of times to coffee bean it should not look low straight milk, also I asked why the drive through was closed and she said they are severely understaffed with four people behind the counter , doesn’t seem understaffed to me to close the drive through down , the gentleman who added the matcha thank you for not listening to her she definitely needs to find a different industry instead of customer service ,

$6 for a terrible microwave breakfast sandwich. Talk about robbery! Outrageous prices for microwaved food. Service is always bad. Save your money and avoid this place!

The worst coffee place ever, they have the coffee already made, it’s not fresh at all, I asked for a warm ham, cheese brioche and they just put it in the microwave with the plastic envelope and gave it to me in the same way. Gross. Disgusting.

I usually come during the morning for coffee. Coffee is great. My complaint is they are never open on time. They are consistently 10-15 min late on drive thru opening. Typing this as I wait for them in my car.
