Good quality sushi for an inexpensive price range. I had the quail eggs, salmon skin, and a glass of Chardonnay! THE SUSHI IS TO DIE FOR! I went on a Monday and unknowingly, there was a special for 1/2 off sushi!!! I think my bill came out to be 18$!!! Not bad for being in Snowmass!! I will definitely be back

Sake is a sensational experience — for a sushi restaurant nestled so high in the mountains, they manage an exceptional level of quality. From the tiny details of how the sushi is lain on the plate to the freshness of the greens & avocado, it is worth every penny. It shows how much care they put into their food that the carrot garnish on the tuna sushimi was hand-cut into a beautiful tree shape! Best of all, Hugo was our server and he was unendingly attentive and cheerful. He made us feel at home while dealing with many dietary restrictions. He gave us the space to enjoy our meal and always saw exactly when to come attend to us. If you’re nearby, definitely come to Sake!

You should definitely come and try this fresh sushi in the Snowmass village! Don’t miss to try Wondering Poet sake with your dinner, it will be one of the best food experiences on the mountain.

Good prices and very good food, excellent atmosphere. The only negative I can say is, it’s way hard to get into without reservations. Reservations are a must.

Checked this place out for apres, very quiet around 4! Tried a few options on the happy hour menu, potstickers were mediocre, but the truffle oil edamame was top notch!

Awesome dinner experience. Best rainbow roll I have had in ages, we also got the coconut curry with veggies and it was amazing. Tons of fresh veggies, service was great, personable and fast even through it was packed.

Really delicious sushi! Rice was on drier side but very good flavor. Service was a little slow but still good. And the tempura cheesecake was absolutely amazing! Overall would recommend for pleasant atmosphere and good sushi.

Great combo Japanese and Chinese food spot in the base village. They were incredibly accommodating as we had made reservations through google, that were non existent. They got us in immediately on a packed night over Christmas. Sushi is very fresh. Would have liked to have seen more roll options, as they are limited to fairly basic choices. Everyone loved the pineapple fried rice. Really good cocktails… like awesome craft cocktail bar. Yummy spot!
