Such a beautiful restaurant, and top notch Spanish food! We were reminded of our honeymoon in Spain, and everything we ate as part of the omakase chefs table experience was superb. I loved the Jamon iberico, wagyu with truffle honey, poached Chilean sea bass, and oxtail stuffed piquillo peppers. There’s a great selection of Spanish and French wines on the menu that you can get in 3 or 5 oz pours, which allowed us to try a few different wines without spending too much. Also the French martini was delicious and honestly a work of art! I thought the portion sizes were perfect, we were pleasantly full by the end of the meal. Just overall a great experience from start to finish!

Plenty of room for improvement. Food generally lacks the flair that the other restaurants in their group have. Some of the plates that we did like were the endive salad, marinos, and oxtail, but even they didn’t really make us want to return. Too average overall for what you’re paying for.
In part that’s likely related to disliking the vibe. It’s very loud especially around happy hour. Like inexplicably loud. Maybe the acoustics of the space? Idk but it was unpleasant, and not relaxed or fine dining. And then on top of that service was weak and slow.
To each their own! Some people seem to really like it, so good for them I guess.

Mar Bella Boqueria in Cherry Creek is an absolute standout! Our server Sebastian was phenomenal! He was super knowledgeable, attentive, and made the evening even better with spot-on recommendations.
The food was next-level: the Croquetas were creamy perfection, Marinos burst with fresh seafood flavors, Jamon Iberico melted in your mouth, Oxtail Rellanos brought bold, stuffed goodness, and the Filet was tender and expertly cooked. Don’t sleep on the NA Negroni, it was amazingly balanced and refreshing without the booze.
Atmosphere, service, and execution were all 5-stars. Already planning our return!

Bar service was absolutely incredible. The two guys behind the bar were knowledgeable with wine pairings, recommended incredible dishes, and were warm and hospitable along the way.
The food itself is incredible as well. The croquettes and crudo were standouts for me, but don’t sleep on the olives, or the tortilla. I truly can’t wait to come back for the Iberico and the rest of the menu!

Denver was in need of a restaurant that showcased the depths of Spanish cuisine and it has arrived with a flair on the traditional fare. Excited to return for the omakaese experience at the chefs counter. Top to bottom, service, ambiance and food were wonderful. Croquetas, gin and tonics, salad, rellenos, everything was exciting

We had Valentine’s Day dinner here and sat at the chef’s table, which was such a fun experience! I’m gluten-free and mostly keto, which made the omakase a little tricky but my husband really wanted to do it. The staff was incredibly accommodating and allowed me to order à la carte while he enjoyed the omakase, which he said was fabulous!
Our server was very kind and helped us navigate the menu. Everything came out hot and absolutely delicious.
On my diet, my favorites were the endive salad, the prawns (yummm) and the Marisco (sp) the fish was incredible . My husband especially loved the croquettes and the oxtail dish.
They just opened, and so far I think they’re doing a great job! I do wish there was a gluten-free omakase option, but I understand how challenging that can be.
Also, my husband had the mezcal gin and tonic, which he loved. It was botanical, balanced, and not too sweet.
We’ll definitely be back!

We really loved Bar Amorina, hoping this one stays in this spot! Everything was incredible, our server was so knowledgeable and lovely, food was great. Lamb is incredible, melon endive was honestly insane. Really happy to have a solid basque/spanish bar in Denver outside of Barcelona! Only comment I’d have was that the music had a very different vibe than what made sense for the space

Loved our omakase (aka chef’s selection) experience here. 2.5 hours of server picking all your plates for you. Each table was different depending on what your serving was feeling was right for you. $125/pp. drinks are separate à la carte. I enjoyed the brandy carajillo and the mezcal “gin” and tonic.
Haven’t done a non-sushi omakase before and we really enjoyed this one. I didn’t take or post any photos as it’s really fun to wait and see what comes out! Great date night spot.
Be on the lookout for the new restaurant from this group called Masa coming in April that is gonna be high end tasting menu with 18 or so tasters!

The restaurant was very loud, which made it difficult to have a conversation. I had high expectations, having been to Alma Fonda Fina, which is incredible. I was underwhelmed by the food and the price. The quality was good but some dishes where overcomplicated (the croquetas do not need the tuna on top) or lacked intensity (No garlic taste on the gambas- the bravas had a garlic mayo rather than aioli). I am from Spain myself and I did not feel like I could savour the taste of home, which I do in places like Barcelona Wine Bar.
On the bright side, our server Rachel was absolutely phenomenal.
With the great location, and the quality of the products I’m sure that, with a bit more time, it will become a good dinner spot.
