Ordered with an up charge an everything bagel received a plain bagel. All other food was out so I ate 1/2 my meal as it’s not what I ordered and didn’t want the rest of our meal getting cold and to wait for a new sandwhich (my choice) Went inside to show them receipt and food just to let them know Tracey was rude! Never apologized never asked how to rectify Tracey Wanted to hand me an everything bagel. Quality control and awareness is all I wanted them to be aware of but as she was rude with me for their mistake and never even apologized. It’s simple apologize try to rectify and learn from it – mistakes happen!

Great spot in Babcock Ranch. Came here after the EcoTour. Staff is great and friendly. Food was great. And where else can you buy booze (great liquor selection), and have your own drink? Been here several times and never disappoints.

Always impressed with the food here! And, surprised by the wide variety of items for purchase. One of the few places where you feel like you are getting great value for your dollar. Quick service food is lightning fast and the staff is very friendly!

I recently visited Slaters and overall had a good experience. The food is tasty, and the staff is friendly and welcoming. The reason I’m not giving a full 5 stars is due to the limited hours—they close at 8 PM, which feels a bit early. Additionally, the menu could use a bit more variety, and the pizza in particular could be improved. With some extended hours, a broader menu, and better pizza, this place could easily be a five-star spot.

Stopped here while taking a look at the progress at Babcock Ranch. We had a late lunch. The self service salad bar was great albeit a little pricey for a salad.
The burger and panini sandwich were also very good. Our son is a burger lover and he commented that the burger tasted so fresh.
This is a nice little supermarket that should do well once there are more residents living in Babcock.
Update 10-14-2019:
2nd visit to Slater’s. Food is still great and reasonably priced. They have some of the best French fries. They now have a nicely stocked wall of wine, liquor and beer for take out. I look forward to our next visit so I can try one of their breakfast All Day menu items. Changing my rating from 4 to 5 stars

Revised: After not having been there for 5 month and today being the first time again, I’m horrified! Sandwich 17 Dollars, French Fries soggy! Not coming back!! They have no more chicken!!!!

Good atmosphere, fish is greasy and didn’t taste fresh. Smaller pieces would fry more evenly and not hold the grease. Went back for the impossible burger, but it was a little undercooked and too large for the bun.

I love this place and I eat here often. The food is usually pretty awesome,and the service is great for this kind of a restaurant setting… But I never know what I’m going to get, depending on who is cooking. You can order an item, and then return a day or two later and order the same item… And it will be totally different, usually good and tasty, but not what I wanted.
Again, I do love this place and I’d recommend anyone to try it out and have a bite to eat outside on the patio. But there is no consistency which makes it hard to want to return and enjoy the same item I’ve had before when I’m never quite sure what to expect. It seems the listed menu items and ingredients are more of a suggestion of sorts.
