Their fries where so hot and crisp. Just like McDonald’s use to be at all of them. Our orders came up quick and everything was really good. Keep up the great job.

Absolutely terrible experience here. Me and my brother pulled up with nobody in line and ordered 4 double cheeseburgers, 2 having no mustard. They immediately made us pull forward and told us they had to make fresh. They made us wait upwards of 15 minutes and only came out with 2 cheeseburgers. We politely asked for them for the other 2 cheeseburgers which took them at least another 5 minutes to make. Once receiving the food it was cold and the burgers were very poorly assembled with everything falling off of it. On top of that two of the burgers had no condiments period, and the other two had no mustard or pickles. It was very disappointing receiving this especially after not eating for most of the day due to being on a long road trip. Do better McDonald’s.

Everyone here is always extremely friendly, but man..every time I come to this place I am sent to a waiting spot for over 10 minutes, a lot of times even if it’s just for a double cheeseburger and fries. Sometimes even over 20 minutes. This is not “fast” food. If I’m going to wait this long for my food and pay this price, I should have went to a sit down restaurant.

This is the most worst and SLOWEST McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. Let’s talk excessive wait times in the drive-thru. Let’s talk about getting the wrong orders…. need I say more? Look, I get a 30-minute lunch break. I don’t appreciate having to wait 25+ minutes in the drive thru, it barely gives me 5 minutes to eat my food! Yesterday, I gave this place another chance. Big mistake. Spent 25 minutes in the drive-thru. They gave my order to somebody else. Then they bring an order to me but it was wrong. I told them it wasn’t mine. They bring me out my supposed food but it turned out to be wrong again but I didn’t have time to get corrected as my lunch period was coming to a close. I was absolutely livid. I never have this problem with other McDonald’s locations. Avoid Roscommon!!!!!

Attempted to be a walk-in customer on Saturday morning. The employees were hanging out 10 feet from the register arguing with each other and complaining about their jobs. The customer waiting in front of me for quite a while left, I waited 5 more minutes then left. A female employee kept looking at me without acknowledging me standing there, never said a word to me. Just kept complaining. Lost at least two customers, probably a lot more

I hate to have to say this, but I’ve never went to this McDonald’s. And not had my order messed up. Just the other day, waited 20 minutes in spot. Number two for my food, get my food before I left. I checked the bag no fries with the meals. Go in and seeing the girl who hand me the order.
She asked me what was wrong. I told her I didn’t get my small fry or my large fry. She told somebody back there. I then waited another 20 minutes. Just for somebody to say, can I help you? And I said, yes, I didn’t get my fries with my meal. Get home only to find out the deluxe sandwich.I ordered was plain so I had to go back.I got my food at 2:59 p.m I didn’t get done messing with mcdonald’s until 3:50 p.m they are friendly and nice folks haven’t met a rude worker there but for whatever reason the order is messed up

When the manager is there I give this place 5 stars! But for the rest of the time we go, it is horrible! Our fries are overcooked and hard as a rock!! How can you mess up on a signature fry!?? Sadly, this is one of the only fast food places here.
