This is located inside Hilton Hotel Calver City on the ground floor. I had the All American early breakfast here. The eggs and potatoes were cooked to perfection. Bacon and vegan sausages were also great. All in all it was a high quality breakfast at $30. Service was great. I also recommend the sourdough bread and butter which were tasty.
I also tried their vegetable fritatta which was also delish! I asked them to add the vegan sausages inside the fritatta and that worked well. Service was great as usual.

We got the pan roasted salmon (highly recommend) and roasted chicken (don’t recommend). The Oreo cheesecake was amazing! We went on a Thursday around 7pm and it was pretty busy. There was only 2 servers and it was clear they needed help and were being overworked but they did their best. Our server was Temo and he was great! If you’re not staying in the hotel i don’t think it’s worth it with all the other amazing restaurants in the area, but if your already staying in the hotel it’s just convenient.

Prime rib was cold and literally half fat and half meat.
The tables were a little too close together.

Modern decor and elegant setting. Claudia the server is friendly, funny, and helpful. Service can be slow at times when the lounge gets crowded and they are understaffed. The food is decent for a hotel restaurant. Bartenders are friendly and the cocktails are excellent.

Got the burger to go and it wasn’t good at all especially for the cost so it went unfinished in the hallway. Besides waiting 30mins for it when no one was in the restaurant and no one was eating at the bar. It made me not even want to try their kitchen again and just let my daily credit go to waste instead.

My wife, son and I had Easter Brunch at West & Co., and we had an excellent time. The staff was friendly and helpful, the food was delicious and plentiful, and the ambiance was peaceful and elegant. The brunch included an egg hunt and a visit from the Easter Bunny (which my son loved). This was our first time visiting West & Co., and we are looking forward to going back soon.

UPDATE: I was invited back to the restaurant by the director. Thank you to Faqueer for showing me my first experience is not a normal thing. Carlos was my server, and very attentive and Terry was a manager who also came by to hear about my experience. I appreciate the restaurant for taking accountability. I believe my first experience was due to the servers bad night and the new menu for Dine LA. Definitely get the salmon, it’s very delicious.
Came for Dine LA. Server continued to exhibit frustration and seemed overwhelmed, despite the restaurant being very empty- about 6 people, 3/4 tables total. Wasn’t attentive and when we were given our food, we were constantly missing things and he would assert we weren’t. I had to have him go bring a menu so we could show him what comes with the meal. He made it like we were bothering him. The manager ended up taking care of us but the server never came back to the table, no apology, or anything. Food needed more seasoning. Server waited until the end/final course to tell me they were out of my dessert choice and I’d have to pick something else. Parking is also very complicated at this place. I will not return but the drinks were good. This is a restaurant in the hotel lobby so not really aesthetically pleasing. Was hoping the food would at least be good but this is not a place for date night or really going out of your way to dine at all.
