The wait at this Burger King is ridiculous! We waited almost 10 minutes in the drive-through for one egg and cheese croissant ,no one was inside at all as far as customers, and only one lady in front of us in the drive through who was also waiting ! The employees just walk around taking their sweet time as though they don’t have a care in the world and are sure not going to be in a hurry for anyone! To top it the sandwich was just warm, you would have thought it would have been hot as long as it took to make it! The reviews speak for themselves and something needs to be done about this Burger King!

I ordered thru drive thru. It did seem to take a while to finally place my order but the order taker was super friendly. When I went to pay she was nice and I noticed she was working SEVERAL positions. My food came out fresh, correct, and was delicious.

I ordered 2 whopper jr’s and 2 fries (coupon). I asked for no mayo, I am allergic, no lettuce, extra onions and add cheese. My burgers were covered in mayo! Paid for cheese, didn’t get it! It’s my fault for not checking before I left the window! I really don’t feel that’s right bc they get paid to do a job. Why should I have to check my order EVERY TIME I go through the drive thru?! I was riding with someone else bc I don’t have a car so no way to take them back and of course no one answers the phone when you call up there so all I had for dinner was fries, which I paid $8 and some change for. I haven’t ate there in well over 6 months bc the service and I see it has not changed! I writing this review since no one would the answer the phone for me to tell them directly! This was at 7:06:22 pm tonight, in case a manager wants to look up the receipt! Total was $8.49 and the only thing I could eat was the fries! Thanks Burger King! If anyone reaches out to try to correct things I will update my review!

My wife, a friend and I had lunch at the Enterprise Burger King today. It had been a while since we had a meal at Burger King. We ordered our food and waited, and waited. Three people were before us and were waiting when we got there. We each ordered our meals and my wife and friend sat at a table near by where some people were leaving. I waited 24 minutes till a young lady brought the food out to the counter. The young lady just stood there and didn’t know who the order was for, so I asked if it was mine. The order number matched so I received it. All the food was very very cold. I took the food back to the counter and l asked for a manager and waited another 30 minutes till I didn’t want wait any longer. No manager came to the front.
I shall not be going here again.

Went through drive-thru gave my order and had too wait 15min. to get too the pay window, there was only 2 vehicles in front of me. Ended up leaving because apparently no one there is in a hurry or cares too help customers.

Ordered my meal, verified and paid the ridiculous price that fast food is going for now, and they shorted me one of the sandwiches in the bag. We live 20 minutes outside of the circle, so not worth the gas to drive back. Don’t waste your time going here, the employees are clearly not interested enough, or compensated well enough, to care about your order. Recommend going to another franchise.

the manager that was there at around 1:30-2 was just sitting around on her phone doing nothing and starring at the other employees. She also smelt very interesting up close which kinda ruined my experience

I ordered the street corn whopper and they added like no toppings except for tomato and a little lettuce. I tried to give it a chance but it just wasn’t made properly. peek the bread crumbling in my hand as I lift the bun up.
