DO NOT GO HERE!!
The staff is extremely rude, and the so-called manager is the worst of them all. I spent $100 at Taco Bell—yes, $100—and I should’ve known better. After talking to several other customers, I found out I’m not the only one who’s had problems with this person.
My order was completely wrong, and when I asked him to fix it, he said, “I already made it, I’m not fixing it.” Seriously? That’s how a manager talks to paying customers? The service is horrible, the food was wrong, and I didn’t even get what I paid for.
I asked for my money back, and he refused. This location is a complete joke—unprofessional, rude, and disrespectful. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else!

Best employees at this location. Food is good for me price. Ordered $2.50 Taco Salad Bowl and $2.50 Chips & Nacho Supreme Dip. They also have a deal drop every Tuesday on the Taco Bell app.

Walked in at around 4pm on a Sunday and stood at the counter for 5 min and counted no less than 8 employees who made eye contact with us but no one would take our order. There was no other patrons in the dining room, no one else in line and what appeared to be a disgruntled employee at a booth arguing with another employee who was asking them to lower their voice. When he just got louder they went outside. After waiting for several more minutes we just walked out. This place def needs a complete overhaul.

I hadn’t ventured to this Taco Bell just yet, but today was the day! I ordered new items: two cheesy beef dipper burritos, chicken strip burrito, and Nacho cheese fries. The favorite of all the three were the burrito dippers. The steak burritos came mini-sized and with a choice of a garlic, cheese, or chipotle sauce for dipping. I chose cheese of course. The wait was long, I honestly think that forgot they told me to drive out of the drive thru and park in the mobile order area…however when I did receive my food, it was hot and I enjoyed it all. I would reorder the exact same thing again if the opportunity arises.

Hands down the best Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. Sad that it’s far from home but any time I’m craving this taco because it’s in the area I work they always make my food correct and the ingredients that come with it are always enough. I always walk in and use their kiosk. Staff are always friendly, bathrooms are always clean. Just wanted to take the time and give them some props! This side of Denton is lucky.

This Taco Bell is a joke. They have zero quality control and they scam you out of food. I didn’t realize that when you pay for a large nacho fries that it meant you get less than half of the carton and not even half-filled nacho cheese cup. My friend picked up our order and his taco barely had anything in it! He didn’t notice until he got it home, and by then, who wants to drive BACK OUT AGAIN and deal with the hassle of poor service? Honestly, if I’d known he was going to the 288 location, I would’ve told him to AVOID and forego it and try the other TB nearby because the Loop 288 Taco Bell is ALWAYS a letdown. A.L.W.A.Y.S.

This location definitely sucks – the chicken was dried out like it had been sitting for hours. The tortillas were so tough, I couldn’t chew parts of my burrito. The staff is inattentive and doesn’t even try to engage unless you speak Spanish. Part of my order wasn’t in the bag. No return visits from me.

Pretty decent Taco Bell. We got the crispy chicken cravings box and some extra crispy chicken tacos with fiesta potatoes. The potatoes were about to be a bit stale. It’s fine, I’m sure it’s not easy to determine when to cook more, but they weren’t exactly fresh. The chicken was a little over cooked and hard to bite into, but still delicious. I’d prefer over cooked than undercooked. Service was quick and simple. The cashier was patient with us. It’s fine for a quick and simple lunch, but it’s a pretty standard experience.

I ordered through Uber Eats and got a Chicken Crunch Wrap and a Cheesy Gordita Crunch Nacho Cheese. I didn’t even touch the Cheesy Gordita Crunch because it had hair. Within less than an hour of eating the Crunch Wrap, I started experiencing severe abdominal cramps and had to make frequent trips to the restroom. It’s been terrible. I’ve eaten Taco Bell at other locations and never had an issue like this before. The pain is excruciating and has kept me from being able to sleep. This place is a health violation and the workers should take more pride in making food that isn’t contaminated. This violates:
