I placed an order on the app for iced mocha and coffee cake. I received a white mocha. The barista was abrupt and unfriendly when I asked for right order. Now, I find they gave me the wrong bakery item. Not sure what it is, but tastes awful. With the money we spend, do better Starbucks. And the store was not even busy.

This Starbucks has extremely long drive-thru wait times. Orders feel rushed, and drinks are often made incorrectly. Breakfast sandwiches are inconsistent, and the staff is frequently rude. I avoid specialty drinks altogether and only order regular coffee because of how often they get things wrong. Convenient, but the quality and service need serious improvement.

Starbucks is a place you should be able to drink your coffee and bring a laptop in and hangout and focus on what you need. The employees here at this location are rude to busy closing music loud can’t focus. Came in two hours before close doing floors while I’m sitting here. Feeling rushed. Customers come in and they don’t acknowledge. One is training and if this closing team on the night of 2/5 is the training team they’re in trouble. Do better

I don’t know if they just don’t care or don’t know how to read. 1.Many times have placed online order for pickup stating no ice in my tea and it’s half full of ice. 2. A CARAMEL machiatto has what in it CARAMEL!! If I wanted a vanilla latte i would order that, state wanting extra caramel and get a drink with none. Ask them to put caramel on it please to just get eyes rolled and rude conversation among employees. Need to be trained again on drinks and customer service.

This store has gone down hill, and it has been for the last couple of years. Service is low, quality of the product is low, and in order to make sure I’m not late to work I order my drink about 20 minutes ahead of time to avoid having to wait.

Easy open service area. Small outdoor patio. Not the cleanest Starbucks you’ll find and it’s not the easiest to get to if your traveling through town but I’m sure if you work or live in the area it’s readily accessible.

And the music was turned up so much you couldn’t have a discussion, I asked staff to please turn it down ,and I tall skinny guy said ,I will do it when I get a chance.

Skyler went above and beyond to make our visit exceptional! You can genuinely tell she cares about creating a great customer experience, she was kind, knowledgeable, and super approachable. We had a question about one of the drinks, and not only did she take the time to explain it, but she even let us sample it before ordering. That kind of thoughtful service really stood out and made our day. Starbucks is truly lucky to have someone like Skyler on their team!
