10/10 always! I’ve been coming here and getting a Oreo milkshake since I went to the middle school near by in 2016, and they have never disappointed me! Honestly I so disappointed from the service at this location. I ordered a simple iced coffee large with no ice. You ask me if I wanted whip..I say yes please. Then I’m questioned if I wanted some of your lemon bites. No. I don’t or I would have said so. I understand your need to push products but what really did it for me was the fact that you simply ignored what I had asked for once I received my coffee. I’m fed up with this. No whip, no drizzles, just a basic coffee that was wrong. Literally the ONLY customer In line at 6:30. If I wasn’t worried about being late for my job I would have to her myself but it’s getting stupid how often people have to correct these people in your shops to make something basic. Being polite and clear should be enough to help your staff understand that when someone is paying close to 9 dollars in this wmessy economy it would be awesome to just ge1et it done right the first time. Do better

I love this Biggby location! The baristas are always super sweet and polite. They greet you with a good morning and repeat your order back to you to make sure they have it correct. My orders are always fresh, fast and hot!

We had such a great experience at Biggby Coffee today! My coworker and I were there for a work meeting, and the customer service was outstanding. The owner checked on us several times, had a really nice conversation with us, and even surprised us with reusable cups for our kids. It was such a thoughtful gesture and made our visit feel extra special. Highly recommend this location for both the drinks and the amazing service!

Love getting my coffee and treats at this location! They are so accommodating and welcoming every time. I love all the special offers they give, which helps save me some bucks too!
