I thought it would be a good idea to grab a mushroom Swiss burger after I got gas at the truck stop but OMG that was the worst idea ever! My patty is so hard & dried out the outside of the patty is changing colors! The service was fast but geezz please throw these nasty burgers out before y’all get someone sick! I’d rather wait a few minutes on freshness instead of being quick and grabbing something y’all cooked this morning! I’ve never had a bad experience with Hardee’s untill now so thanks for messing that up y’all!

Im the last one to complain about customer service because I get it. But there is absolutely no reason to be hateful and just not caring enough to actually get the order correct. Rushing me through my order and telling me to just go inside is not okay, and then proceeded to just drop my bag on the counter while I was reaching to grab it. Please remember your customers are also just trying to get through the day.

Went inside after a long day of driving only to get ignored by the staff. I said hello to get recognized however they just walked in the back and was laughing for some apparent reason, so instead of wasting more time I decided to leave. Guess us truck drivers dont need to eat. Very disappointing

Do not go here unless you have too. Better food and service at the truck stop next door. For real! Service is terrible. Always out of something, tea, coke, etc. Whoever manages this location should move on. Always a long wait. Nobody is nice here. They don’t care, including manager. I mean, does anybody care enough to read reviews here? The answer is no. So don’t expect improvement when they don’t listen to customers. It’s a shame! Don’t go here. Sorry Hardee’s I understand why most locations are closing.

Hardee’s Inside Loves travel stop , I don’t know what it is, but one time , I got a burger that it was ice cold, their food doesn’t seem to be fresh. Last time they gave me some burned chiken stips, I was in hurry, and I didnt check the order before I left.

My husband and I went to Hardee’s for lunch. The boy got our order wrong. We had to go back around and reorder. The bread on our meal was horrible. The bread just fell apart. I had to take my bread and just throw away. Ate my chicken out of bread, but to much mayonnaise. It was running off my bread and chicken. Will not return to Hardee’s again.
