I can’t say enough good things about Bart’s Pizza! The pizza was absolutely delicious — perfectly crispy crust, rich sauce, and just the right amount of toppings. When I left the house, I had one mission: Beer; but I was hungry. One problem at a time, I thought, and went to the corner store to satisfy the immediate goal. Then, like a ray of hope from the heavens, as I pulled into the parking lot, there it was. Bart’s Pizza. The truck that could solve two problems nearly at once.
Beer stowed, I walked to the window of this fortress of food, and with a quick decision and swipe of the card, it would only be minutes until the delightful ding of my phone told me that my food was ready.
The next five minutes was pure torture, and I warn everyone, do not do what I did. I walked back to my car and placed the box on my passenger seat for a short hop home. Glancing over, it steamed with perfection calling to me, the smells tantalized my nose, just yearning to be eaten. What should be a half-mile drive felt like an eternity.
Dear reader, when you order from Bart’s for the first time, please take the time to enjoy prior to departing to avoid the pain that I suffered. Now, as I sit here slice in hand, the only thing I need to research is where they’ll be next.

I have been wanting to try Bart’s Pizza ever since he launched. I finally had the chance to grab a pie…it did not disappoint! The dough was perfectly crisp with a touch of char on the crust. The Vinny had a great balance of flavors between the sausage, banana peppers, and green peppers. My wife got a margherita and hers was equally good. What little leftovers we did have tasted great the next day after putting it under the broiler. I would definitely go there again and utilize them for any party I have.
