About us Mazzios Italian Eatery It was 1961. Alan Shepard was the USA’s first man in space. Dion’s “Runaround Sue” topped the music charts. Volkswagen’s funny little car invaded America in droves. And a young school teacher opened a small, one-man pizza restaurant in Tulsa, Oklahoma, which was to be the birthplace of the growing, dynamic Mazzio’s LLC of today. That original restaurant—named The Pizza Parlor—delighted many Tulsans with the very first pizza they ever ate. The school teacher was Ken Selby, who ran his new business virtually alone and after a full day of teaching.

This is the absolute WORST mazzios we have ever ordered from. Our food was absolutely COVERED in a salt layer. Called the restaurant, was on hold for 10 minutes and got hung up on (classy right?) so my wife called back, immediately answered imagine that. The lady told us it was “probably” their Parmesan cheese. We have eaten at other mazzios numerous times and have never had this problem. She threw her child of a manager on the phone and he told us as well that it’s probably the Parmesan. Yeah no, I have never had to physically scrape off SALT from my food there. But “we don’t even carry salt in the kitchen” yeah okay. -10/10 would not recommend. If you wanna eat a salt block and clog your arteries, this is your establishment. At your own risk of course.

They mailed us a coupon book, had the mcloud store address on it, coupons had 20 days before expiration, they would not honor the coupons. The 2 kids running the restaurant could not care less about the customer. This is an absentee owner who does not care about the customer. The kid was not allowed to adjust the pricing in the computer and would not call his manager, it is very obvious this is a very poorly run store and the employees are not empowered to make the right decisions for the customer.

This place is NEVER busy so why when you call to place an order are you placed on hold and the phone never picked back up? Multiple times this has been the case. Get staff that know how to work and actually do work or close the place.

Ordered online and after I got home with the food. I went to give my 5 year old her sandwich and her fries were grey, so threw them and sandwich out ($9) called about a refund and the manager doesn’t know how to do a refund? So now waiting on a call from the district manager that may or may not come.. very disappointed.

This is not the first time I’ve had bad service there. It seems as they care about getting the food out and not the quality of the food. My food was burnt had no cheese the wings had barely any sauce. I ordered dipping sauce with all my items did not receive any except for marinara.

Mazzio’s? More like AZZios… Food tasted like it’d been sitting out for at least a day. God awful. Even the sauce couldn’t save it… little to no toppings on it… calzones had ZERO integrity… fell apart and just complete garbage…

It has been a while since I have been to this Mazzio’s, but I had a very pleasant experience!
Food was hot and varied on the Buffet, salad fixings were fresh and tasty as well.

I was about to eat here… but the lady was supposed to be taking orders was outside working on her car. She came in and sighed so rudely and loudly as if I was ruining her entire day, covered in sweat and not appropriate (filthy) for a food service job. Have some respect
