To be clear, I live on the West Side of metro Detroit near Westland/Dearborn, but when I’m in Sterling Heights, I’ll drive 17-20 minutes out of my way north to go here. Better than any Coney Island salad (and certain Coney Island / Family restaurant salads are pretty good) — they’re like an upgraded Jimmy John’s, but for salads. The vibe is very warm & comforting — real China bowls — Coca-Cola products — reasonable prices (in today’s economy) — best lunch salad place (that I’m aware of) in all of metro Detroit — and on top of all of that, the butternut squash soup (when they have it) is delicious & the staff is very friendly. If you’re in the area & you want a salad between 11:30 a.m. & 3:30 p.m., would highly recommend. I literally have no complaints & that’s sayin’ something.

I come here for lunch multiple times a week when I’m working because it’s really the only healthy thing to get “out to eat” in the area.
Eating healthy comes at a price and I have 0 issue with the pricing knowing I’m putting nutritious food into my body.
They have a variety of options – salads, wraps, soups, drinks and smoothies.
The entire place is in immaculate condition. The bathroom is always clean and the dining section is the same way.
Everything is always so fresh and delicious.
The family that owns it is always so nice. Customer service is an 11/10.
I can’t recommend this place enough.
The world needs more businesses like this one.

Small interior but a few tables to sit and eat. I had the Maurice Salad and loved it. It was big. 13.99 and plenty for another meal.

I’ve been going to lettuce for a few years and they make the best wraps I’ve ever had. Not once have I had a bad experience here, the food is super fresh and the workers are really friendly. I can’t stop in as much as I’d like (I would go every day) because my schedule is the same as their hours of business, but I’m so excited to see they opened their Romeo location so I’ll be able to go in more often!!

Food is good, no complaints on quality really just annoyed with the nickel and diming. I’ve learned to not order extra toppings on any items because you can turn a $10 sandwich into an $18 sandwich real quick! Today I ordered 2 bowls of soup, honestly the smallest bowls I’ve ever seen. Does a cup come in a salad dressing side container ! I get this is not a subway, but couldn’t help but feel gypped. Once again, food is good, but feeling slighted every time you visit an establishment isn’t really a great reputation to build a business off of.

We had turkey wraps, smoothies, and banana pudding. Our wraps were insanely delicious!!! Fresh chopped ingredients blended together for a healthy and yummy meal! Our smoothies had zero added sugars, only honey in them. I love when healthy food tastes so good. And the banana pudding was the best I have ever had!! We will be back to support this family owned and operated hidden gem!! Go try it. It blows away the other sub/sandwich shops.

Love all the fresh and healthy options they offer. They even have a drive thru! Also, options are unusual such as the spinach and feta soup or the dried cherry and approximately with feta and grilled chicken salad. Anything can be made into a wrap as well. Staff is super nice and patient as well! It’s very cute inside with a decent amount of seating 🙂

I love salads, wraps and bowls for something on the lighter side. They have so many options to choose from. Very quick and friendly staff. I wish there were more places like this one. They close by 4pm so it’s more of a lunch destination. You can sit outside on a nice sunny day, or inside. Definitely recommend!

Long time fan, first time review. Food has always been; what’s on the menu and more! So good. The service has always been great too! Then the atmosphere, ugh, always hits home for me. The music playing to the traffic of hungry folk that either are in and out; or catching up with friends and family while they enjoy company. Either way. Good vibes. Equals happy tribes and its always better full of lettuce. I don’t know. I tried for something clever there. Have great day! 😉
