El Rancho Grande was excellent! The food was fantastic, service was fast, and the restaurant was clean with a really cool, welcoming decor. I ordered the quesadilla de birria and it was absolutely amazing — easily one of the best I’ve had.
We used to frequent another Mexican restaurant just off the next highway exit, but the quality and service there has really gone downhill. El Rancho Grande was such a pleasant surprise and has definitely become our new go-to. So impressed — we’ll be back!

This is hands down the best Mexican restaurant in the Miami Valley. By far the best El Rancho Grande I’ve ever been too. The food is consistently delicious. Service is quick and the staff if super friendly. The Chimichangas, Tacos Rey, Tamales, Chili Rellenos are all phenomenal!! I try something different every time cause i know whatever it is, it’s going to be delicious!!

Came for lunch on a Saturday, the restaurant was dead . We live to order their street corn appetizer to go for late night snacks, so figured we would stop in to actually try it out. Our drinks came pretty quickly. Ordered street corn appetizer, did not come out until the rest of the food. The corn was old, gray inside and partially cold, with barely any toppings. Half of each of the corns was completely uncovered. A complete stark contrast to the corn we usually get to go. Entree food was okay, but the birria tacos were dry and the cheese was congealed like it had been sitting for a while. Took quite a few minutes to get refills, and it took over 10 minutes for the waiter to come back when we were done and ready to order a small dessert. Again, they had maybe 3 other tables in the restaurant. Ordered flan , and the photo is how it came. It genuinely looked, tasted and smelled like it was spoiled. We didn’t even take more than a single bite and my wife almost immediately felt nauseous.

This place is a vibe!! Stopped in for lunch at 2pm on a Saturday and got seated expeditiously! The service was fantastic and my food was delicious. Very beautiful decor in the whole establishment.

What a gourmet gem!! We were completely surprised by the beautiful atmosphere and the spectacular food and service. I brought my Mom here for her birthday and they went above and beyond to give her a special experience. We definitely recommend this restaurant and plan to return as often as possible.

Every time we have eaten there,the food is fantastic, and the margaritas are awesome. The atmosphere is cozy and nice. the only thing that I don’t like is the automatic gratuity of 18%. I was not informed of it, and gave my server a 20% tip! Good thing I noticed this while I was still in the area. When I pointed it out, they was kind enough to only charge methe 18% gratuity. lol!

Food was kinda gimmick, but good. Service was terrible. I placed my order never to see my waitress till 10 minutes after i finished when I had to ask for her. No refills past the first ones, just all around terrible. I hope it was a one off, because while the food is gimmicky, it was really good… maybe lose the flags in the rice though?…

Gave them a second try tonight (July 10th). I was much more impressed. Food was good, service was good. I’m adjusting my review ratings and chalking first visit up to a fluke.

Food was good for the burrito/enchilada/taco fare. Nothing too exotic but it was good and the portion size was generous. I recommend it.
Service was off a little but we had a large group of 16. Not sure I could do any better.
When looking at cost per person, I included tax, alcohol,desert and tip.

Everything was seasoned to perfection.
My mother had chicken soup with the cheese quesadilla the chicken soup was marvelous
My sister had the chori pollo she enjoyed that as well
