I love smoothie Kings but mostly I visit them when I’m done in Florida but while I was driving back to North Carolina I decided to stop at this one over in collegedale

I find a massage smoothie King’s staffed with very good help and very friendly
And then when they made my smoothie
They actually made a little bit too much and they said is it all right if we just give you a bigger one than what you ordered? On the house
I always liked when that happens
Anyway I’ve never gone wrong with smoothie Kings
And the staff usually are younger people and they usually do a very outstanding job they all deserve raises

I stopped in today because I didn’t have time to make my usual smoothie at home. Heather on staff was super thoughtful and helped me build a smoothie that was just like home. Thank you for the amazing customer service – it was truly noticeable!

I placed an order through the App on my iPhone. Everything looked correct when order was placed, However when order arrived the smoothie bowl was not correct at all. They included things I didn’t want, and didn’t include the things I did ask for. I had also added a protein box on the order and never even received it. I tried calling store to prevent all of this, and they wanted me to reach out to Door Dash since they were the third part rep for their store delivery. I finally get in touch with someone and they mention this is something I take up with the store considering they weren’t responsible for making the order, only delivery. I haven’t been able to get in touch with someone at the store to issue my refund. DO NOT RECCOMEND.

The first couple times I ordered from here was great. Bit expensive, but otherwise good. The last 2 times I’ve ordered from here, I’ve ended up sick a couple hours later. I’m concerned there is some dangerous food safety violations happening that weren’t before. I’ve ordered the same things, so I know it’s not what I’m ordering and I haven’t eaten anything else, so it wasn’t anything else that made me sick. I’m greatly saddened by this because I absolutely will not order here again just to end up getting sick from it again.

Crazy
I got the Bee Berry Sting Smootie bowl. They made it very well. It’s the best smoothie bowl I’ve ever had. The berries were ripe and delicious plus the mango was juicy. 10/10 will definitely get again.

Before work on Fridays and sometimes Saturdays, I order the same smoothie either off the app or at drive thru. Usually kids working there are nice, and most of the time my smoothies come out great. A couple times not so good though, so a bit inconsistent.
Last visit they completely screwed up my order and instead of offering to remake it, girl said she’d add the ingredient it was obviously missing (should have been green, but was yellowish). She should have remade it for me, since she wasn’t sure why it looked wrong…she said an ingredient was “probably” left out. She should have made me a new smoothie. I handed it back to her and left. I’m a diabetic and wasn’t going to risk getting sick over a $14 mystery smoothie. Anyway…done with this place.
